Cleaning of over head RCC Reservior having single or double compartment by scraping sludge ,bleaching sediments deposition and other foreign material with wire brush from inner surface of domes, including washing with bleaching powder solution /Potassium permanganate solution complete to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in -charge including writting date of the cleaning,due date & capacity of Tank on pillar of RCC Tank complete all as specified and directed for the following capacity and staging :- Note: (i) All T&P and risk shall be contractor's liability. Material & labour for cutting of sapling with their roots, vegetation of any type & height etc girth not exceding 30 CM up to 15 Mtr around the pump house and surrounding area of OHT/UG sumps of all installation under GE Tech Area and making the area neat and clean by removing/throwing the rubbish to a distance not exc. 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unsv water meter 300 mm dia installed at main boosting pump house, by removing nut/bolts/gasket etc complete from existing water meter sump and repairing the same at workshop including replacement of unsv parts i.e. flow meter, reading glass and meter reading etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Refixing the repaired water meter at main boosting pump house with replacement of nuts/bolts/washers/gasket etc and testing after completeion of job with full satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting the new plastered surfaces of walls by applying two coats of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm upto working height of 12 mtr complete all as specified and directed.
