Dismantling of fencing wire mesh or barbed wire fencing, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Boring holes 3m deep and 300 mm dia of pile in any soil for Single under reamed piles and getting out and disposal of soil to a distance of n.exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete, 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, pedestal, under reamed piles, mass concrete, etc complete.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, posts, struts etc complete.

M&Lfor plain cement concrete M-25 design mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, beams, cantilever, band, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m clear span etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for struck or recessed pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to brick walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions in rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft & raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar works; in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc. also splayes between floors and beams in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel work as in framed brackets of not exc. 10 Kg each made of angle or Tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessry, gusset plates, riveting etc. conforming to Fe – 290 Gde E -- 165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width of grith not otherwise described including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, straining bolts at ends, staples or steel pins etc. ( Each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance exc. 50 m but not exc. 250m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of bk /concrete surfaces in cm (1:6), finished even and smooth (Without using extra cement ) complete
