M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in as in floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed light coloured/printed ceramic tiles 450x300x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, laid in floors etc. over and including screed bed or bedding layers in 15mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20mm granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting and Screwing existing steel tubing of dia 25/32mm, for alterations or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Installing, testing and commissioning of open well submersible pump of capacity 0.5HP(25mmx25mm) with control board/panel with all necessary connection, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 3-layer PP-R P o l y p r o p y l e n e random copolymer) 25mm dia concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded p o l y p r o p y l e n e random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PP-R Gate valves (brass insert of outer dia 25mm ) as per requirement of the site complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure for DBs 4Ways, single pole & neutral , double door, with bus bar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCBs, SPN 32 Amps, 10 KA, 'C' curve IS/IEC 60898-1 2002 marked fixing in DBs complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F switch socket combination, multipurpose, 2 in 1, 3 pin, 15 & 16 Amp flush type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1.5Sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated& sheathed copper flexible cable black including 20mm bore conduit pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 100W LED flood light, IP 65/IK07 waterproof protection and impact proof outdoor light 440V, high voltage protection in RGB colour or as specified by Eng-in-Charge,complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F LED rope light with connector,IP65 water proof strip light with 400lumen/meter in RGB colour, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty flat cable of size 16 Sqmm 2 core, PVC insulated aluminium solid conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 m apart including replacing 4mm suspension wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia or 8 SWG bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and earth plate electrode at one end and connected to main switch board/ DBs etc. at the other, earth strip encased(protected) in and including 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade with all fittings from top of electrode to main switch board/ DBs etc fixed with and including 25 x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I, complete all as specified and directed.
