Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable ACSR or ACC conductor at any position from PCC/ steel tubular poles of any height complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5metre wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil for foundation of poles, stays, laying of cables, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying HDPE Double wall corrugated (DWC) pipe heavy duty of outer dia 50mm and inner dia 40mm polyethylene (PE) with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non-pressure for underground cable protection including bends complete all as specified and directed. Make: Rex Polyextrusion Ltd, Finolex, Supreme, Prince, Astral.

Supply and fix coupler for jointing the HDPE DWC pipe of size suitable for 50mm dia including necessary misc items required at site complete all as specified and directed. Make: Rex Polyextrusion Ltd, Finolex, Supreme, Prince, Astral.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of underground LT cable of size 6 sqmm 2 core cross-sectional area, 1100 volt grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductor, heavy duty conforming to IS - 1554 Part – I including cable glands with suitable cable lugs and fixing arrangement with necessary clamps including material and labour for all jointing/ connecting material of required size, cable laid in trenches/ duct/ under plinth floors, fixed on wall/ poles passing through pipe including removing the old unserviceable damage cable complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty two single core 4sqmm aluminum stranded conductor PVC insulated served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed cable in service connection to light fitting to terminal box including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling and removing old LT pin type insulator, loop type insulator and shackle type insulator of any make & size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and removing old stay assembly including all accessories complete from position carefully complete all as specified and as detected.

Material and labour for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 in SSR Part-I (2009) with stay rod 20mm dia, stay bow (4000 x 14), stay plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm threaded twin nuts and bolts galvanized thimble (2 Nos), up to 19mm dia, clamp made out of 50mm x 6mm flat iron complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Excavation and concrete will be measured separately under respective items of schedule ’A’

Supply and fix 40mm bore galvanized iron mild steel tubing, medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete in trenches laid in floor, on pole for protection of cable including clamps, nut, bolt etc after removing the old one complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for painting the LT pole 9 mtr long alternative with white and black paint in strips, aluminium paint to cross arms, clamps, and to the pole, 15 cm up to a height of 1.5 meter above the ground with the first strip as seen from the ground being painted black and numbering the pole with white paint on black paint base 20 cm dia circular/ square shape complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below natural ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, connecting to main switch board/ main DB’s earthing test point all as specified or indicated including necessary earth work/excavation in any type of strata, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, provision of PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation and wall of earth pit, RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slab 50mm thick with 6mm dia MS bar @ 100mm c/c both ways with suitable lifting handle, charcoal dust and common salt mixed and packed in 150mm thick layer all around the earth plate, funnel with watering pipe GI light grade 20mm dia, 0.63mm thick GI sheet funnel with wire mesh and copper lugs etc.and lead protection pipe GI light grade 15mm dia up to 7.5metre from electrode and engraving of earth marking on nearby structure/building with cement motor 1:4 plate of size 200mm x 150mm x 15mm thick and writing of earth results with paint complete including testing after completion complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix single piece moulded SMC terminal/ junction box of size 230 x 170 x 105mm outer and 200 x 140 x 95mm inner dimensions of polycarbonate thermoplastic housing, weather water proof, fire retardant consisting of 04 Nos terminals including all necessary fixing arrangements for fixing to LT pole ie necessary clamps, nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size for SMC Box including dismantling of old SMC boxes complete all as specified and directed.
