Material and Labour for 50 mm thick Cement Concrete 1:1½:3, type A1 (RMC M20) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with welded mesh (Measured separately) as in flooring of Tennis court, laid to a slope to ensure that water flows away from the court surfaces towards the outside of the court including finishing the surfaces fair and even (medium coarse finish) without undulations as per requirement to receive 08 layer acrylic synthetic flooring system complete all as specified and as directed. Note of item No.17.00: [a] Welded mesh for reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. [b] Concrete grade shall be RMC M20 to ensure better consistency, proportions, strength and finishing [c] Necessary slope shall be given in court to ensure that any water on the court drains properly & prevents pooling of water on the court surface. [d] It is essential to ensure that water flows away from the court surface towards the outside of court. [e] The base flooring should be hard medium coarse finish (not smooth) without any undulation provided with power traveller. [f] The Concrete flooring should have been undergone proper curing for minimum 2 weeks and drying process for minimum 3 weeks under direct sunlight and make suitable for absorption of acrylic synthetic flooring coating.
Material and Labour for preparation of concrete surfaces of tennis court by grinding, roughening and cleaning with hydrochloric acid to remove dirt, oil, grease and remove loose particles and concrete dust etc., by using compressor, filling the cracks with crack filler and allow the surfaces to dry for completely free from moisture and applying Sports Kote T-50 make all weather proof acrylic synthetic eight layers flooring system for Tennis court (Classified by international Tennis federation) over and including Laying fibre mesh on concrete flooring and marking Gaming line as per International tennis federation standards as detailed below:- [i] Laying fibre mesh on concrete flooring of tennis court [ii] Primer course: Providing and laying first layer of primer [iii] Filler Course: -Providing and laying two layers of acrylic resurfacer over priming coat [iv] Cushion Course:-Providing and laying three layer of cushion coat [v] Top Color Coat: -Providing and laying two layer of top colour coatings [vi] Game Line Marking: - Providing and laying game line marking as per standard. Note: [a] The expansion / dummy joints shall be covered before applying acrylic synthetic flooring system. [b] Each stages (layers) of synthetic flooring should be passed by Engineer-in-Charge and record for the same shall be maintained.
Material and labour for provision of GI welded steel wire mesh of opening size (132mm x 132mm) made out of 2mm dia wire etc., complete all as specified and as directed
Material and Labour for Forming contraction (Dummy) joint 20 mm deep x 5 mm wide including filled with sealing compound Grade 'A', complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and Labour for Forming construction/expansion joints up to 50 mm deep x 5 mm wide including filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified.
Material and Labour for filling the Joints with Sealing Compound Grade “A” (Normal) in 25/30 Kg (polyurethane based ) applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified. Supply and fix Tennis court wire (International Standard) made by heavy duty PU coated weather resistant material and including MS Posts (One pair) with pully arrangements including core cutting and removal of existing damaged posts and handed over to user etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fix for steel of Fe-410W Gde=E-240 quality-B framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size and dimension, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement including fixing in ground by necessary concrete work completed all as specified and directed.
