S&F, in replacement, security light IP 66 with high power LED, 45 watt, energy saving, environment friendly, including bracket made out of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore 1.5 mtr long, made to shape, fixed with MS clamps of MS flat 40x6mm, nuts, bolts and washer and making connection with and provision of electric cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED tube light 20 W (single sided connection) ultra bright, polycarbonate tube light with very high efficacy, suitable for fitting into existing / new tube light batten fitting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contractor shall submit LM-79 & LM-80 report from manufacturer to Engr-in-Charge before incorporating the items in the work.

S&F 2 PVC square blocks surface mounting universal batten housing made of powder coated CRCA sheet suitable for upto 1x18/20 W LED tube rod single sided including taking down of old unservicable fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and testing, storage water heater (Geyser) of 25 litre capacity, BEE 5 Star Rated and making electric and water connection including nuts, bolts to fixed on wall and making good surface complete all as specified.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, 50 Sqmm 3½ core, including thimbles / lugs / cable gland etc, laid in duct / trench / along pole etc complete all as specified.

All as per Srl Item No 136.00 here-in-before but sectional area of cable 35 Sqmm 3½ core.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable in trenches to cover under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Punned down thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement)

Supply and lay, bricks, common burnt, sub class 'B', old size, for protection of cable, laid in trenches over cable, length of brick perpendicular to directon of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe 50mm dia light grade for cable protection, fixed to poles, under road, along wall inculding necessary MS clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mm, 6mm thick, burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate to a depth not lesss than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron earth lead wire of 4mm dia by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers. wire laid in 15mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following:- (a) Test point of GI strip of size 32mmx6mm. (b) Watering pipe of GI pipe light grade 20mm bore from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit. (GI Funnel should properly tightned on GI watering pipe and embeded in PCC floor of earth pit with open top suitable for watering of earth pits) (c) PCC earth pit 30x30x30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 exposed surfaces smoothly finished with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 plaster including RCC pit cover 25mm thick with 2 Nos MS handles of 12mm dia suitable for carrying of pit cover (d) Angle iron frame made of 40x40x4 mm angle iron PCC pit for holding the pit cover. Note:- The cost of excavation & earth work shall be included in the quoted rates.
