Providing and fixing 0.56mm aluminium color coated profile with centre to centre pitch of 175mm , depth of 46mm, top crest width of 41mm, bottom valley width of 80mm overall profile width of 1144, cover width 1050mm at all heights, levels and locations colour finish aluminium alloy roofing sheets of alloy IS designation 31500, temper H x8 conforming to IS 737 and dimensions as per IS code 2676 with characteristics of good formability and corrosion resistance. The profile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or required pitch or curvature with hex cap headed self drilling/tapping stainless steel screws MS 50mm long with 3mm EPDM seal washer etc all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing of precoated / mill finish aluminium ridges plain ( 500 -600mm) pre- coated colour or mill finish aluminium roofing accessories in 0.71mm thickness , alloy 31500 (IS designation) (Aluminium alloy (AA) 3004 (ISO designation) for colour coating shall be 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15- 18 microns using self drilling/ tapping SS screws of size 6 x 50mm with 3mm thick EPDM seal and SS plain washer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any position with bituminous felt including plaster / loose concrete and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 100 mtr and not exc 250 mtrs and roughening the surface of old concrete by picking, scraping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove all dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 12mm thick on concrete / brick surface in CM 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) duly mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finished complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Providing and carry out water proofing treatment to sound, moisture free concrete surface system includes proper surface preparation to remove loose dust, dirt, loose mortar ,curing compound etc carry out cementitious injection grouting at leakage points and construction joints using cement slurry modified with Cebex 100 plasticised expansive ground admixture supplies in 225 gm pouch,treatment of construction joints using polymer modified mortar prepare by using Nitobond SBR latects, application of polymer modified batta at floor, wall junction, filling of annular space around rain water outlet using conbextra GP2 non shrink cementoinous grouts. Andulated surface and pot hole shall be treated with epoxy mortar or putty to obtained sound/ levelled surface. Application of primer Nito proof WB primer on sound mortar slab surface. Coating shall be having crack bridging of 2mm, elongation ( ASTMD 124 ) greater than 600 percentage, tensile strength ( ASTM D412) , 2.5 N/MM2 , recovery from elongation ( ASTM D412) , 95 percentage, 85 percentage of solid content, tear resistance ( ASTM D624) , 15 KN/M, shore A hardness ( ASTM D2240) , 60, water vapour transimission not more than 1 gm / M2 ,water permeability ( DIN -1048) - NIL, services tempreature - 40'c to 70 dgree 'c , flash point greater than 70'C HSE guidelines :- It is recommanded to provide adequate general and local exhust ventilations, providing protection to Eye, face, Hand and other skin by wearing appropriate gloves, google, face child, respiratory protection etc. directed in SDS of the product.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Renewing glass pane with putty, glazing clips and nails wherever necessary at bldg height of 10mtr incluidng racking out the old putty incluindg float glass panes of nominal thickness 5mm ( weight not less than 12.5 kg/ Sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing white, colour wash and existing treatment by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth incluidng necessary repairs to scratches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window cills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade , colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joint treated with white cement mixed with mateching pigment, epoxy touch ups including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc at all levels complete all as specified and directed using :- (i) Granite stone slab colour black, chery / ruby Red , area of slab upto 0.50 Sqm

Providing edge moulding to 18mm thick granite stone counters, Vanities etc, incluidng machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc complete as per design approved complete all as specified and directed

Reinforced cement concrete work in suspended floors, roofs slab supported on walls having slope up to 15° above plinth level up to floor five level, execulding cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement with 1 : 1 1/2 : 3 (Sand zone-III) derived from natural sources using 20mm nominal size stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Centering and shuttering for suspended floors, roofs, slabs, landings, balconies and access platform including strutting, propping etc and removal of form complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling CP brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of engr -in- Charge. Providing and fixing factory made PVC door frame of size 50 x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corner and joined with 2 Nos of 150mm long bracket of 15 x 15mm MS square , the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19 x 19 mm MS square tube of 19 gauge, EDPM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. the door frame to be fixed to the wall using MS screws of 65/100 mm size complete as per manufacturers specification and direction of engr -in- charge

Providing and fixing factory made panel 30mm thick plan PVC door shutters consisting of frame made out of MS tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for styles and 15 x 15mm for top & bottom tails. MS frames shall have a coat of steel primrs of approved make and manufacture. MS frame covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30mm thickness, 70mm width out of which 50mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle of both side forming styles and 5mm thick, 95mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel, 10mm (5mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of 5mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles & rails with 7mm (5mm + 2mm) thick x 15mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20 x 10 x 2mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20 x 5mm size, with top and bottom rail of T- iron 40 x 40 x6mm, with 40mm dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts , nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete all as specified and directed.
