Providing, Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning including cost of Gaskets centrifugally ductile iron S&S or flanged pipes K-7 (ISI marked) as per IS:8329/2000 read with upto date amendments from registered / gem approved manufacturers holding valid BIS licenses, including all types of carriages. Providing, laying and fitting of GI Pipes medium class (ISI) marked from registered / gem approved manufacturer as per IS1239 (part I) 2004 6th revision read with upto date amendments. This item also includes all types of carriages, pipe specials, whatever required for successful commissioning of pipe line. Cost of white lead and hemp oil etc. is included in the job excluded the cost of earth work including pipe specials. i. 50mm dia nominal bore.

Making connection from 300mm dia main line by way of punching the line manually or mechanically, which includes providing and fixing of pipe specials required for this job. The item includes all types of carriages and tools and tackles required for the job. (Complete job).

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing Tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete. i. 25 to 40 mm nominal bore

ii. 50 to 80 mm nominal bore

Disposal of surplus excavated earth by mechanical means for an avg. lead of 01Kms including loading, unloading and stacking.

Providing, fixing of MS flanges 40mm dia made out of 12mm thick Mild Steel, including cost of nuts and bolts, R.I. Cloth, Rubber Washers and cutting and threading. This item also includes all types of carriage and laying and fitting of pipes Complete Job. (Flanges will be used only if all other measures failed, to be certified by AEE Concerned) i. 40mm dia

Providing and fixing of 50mm dia Air Valve REPHEAL/ VAG/ TAILS/ Kiloskar or equivalent make on 500/300/250mm dia supply main. The job includes removing damaged Air Valve and fitting of new Air Valve. Over the existing. Installed GI flanged pipe upto an Av. Ht of 1.20Mt. the job also includes cost accessories like bolts nuts washers of proper specification, fitting of Air Valve as per the site conditions. The job also includes earthwork execution during installation as well as boring and pipe cost wherever required including all carriages upto actual site of work. 50mm dia single chamber, orifier normal pressure PH 10/k, DI body (ISI make) complete job. (To be approved by Engineer at site). This also includes carriage of damaged Air Valves from site to divisional store and all types of carriages, taxes and leaves (complete job).

Providing, fixing of M.S fittings viz pipe cut pieces, bends, tees etc. of suitable degrees / size to be fabricated out of 8mm thick M.S plate as per the requirement of site. This item includes cost of lead, spun yarn and lead caulking, lead beating with insertion of spun yarn etc. The fittings should be leak proof and should be painted with Anticorrosive Red Oxide Primer and bituminous paint and including all carriages, leads lifts, etc. complete. (Subject to actual quantities during execution.)

Supply and Filling of trenches by GSB / Nallah Muck from approved source including all carriages upto actual site of work. The material shall be natural having durable particles graded from fine to coarse in a uniform combination with no boulders larger than 80mm in size. It shall not contain excessive quantity of loam. The item including ramming, consolidation in layers, charges of T&P, equipment’s etc. required for completion of job.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
