Manning & Operation for smooth operation of passenger lifts/elevators installed at Viswa vihar offrs Md Accn Bldg , for General shift on user’s requirement basis as mentioned below, everyday incl Sundays and holidays, one shift of 08 hrs(General shift) ,by employing 01 operator in one shift , complete all as directed to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge with following Bldgs :- (i) 13 Passenger Lift -02 Nos at Bldg NoP-34& P-41 (ii) 8 Passenger Lifts -06 Nos at Bldg No. P-41, P-4,P-5,P-6,P-7,P-25,

Manning & Operation for smooth operation of passenger lifts/elevators installed at AKASH VIHAR Md Accn, for General shift on user’s requirement basis as mentioned below, everyday incl Sundays and holidays, one shift of 08 hrs(General shift) ,by employing 01 operator in one shift , complete all as directed to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge with following Bldgs :- (i) 13 Passenger Lift -05 Nos at Bldg No.P-87.P-88,P-89,P-90 &P-91 (ii) 8 Passenger Lifts -04 Nos at Bldg No. P-87.P-88,P-89,P-90 Note For Item No-1 to 3 :- (i)The timing of shifts of 08 hrs will be decided by the Engineer-in-charge in consultation with user, accordingly the contractor shall provide the necessary man power for operation of various lifts / elevators. However no extra payment for the same will be entertained by department at any stage. In case of any difference of opinion between Engineer-in-charge and the Contractor in this regards, the decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final, conclusive and binding. (ii) The operator(s) should be qualified/skilled enough in operation of lifts. The operator(s) must be fully trained to handle any kind of emergency condition in case of any kind of malfunctioning of lift. (iii) The operator(s) will be responsible for cleanliness and necessary up keeping of lift car, including lift lobby area. (iv) The contractor or his/her representative will also visit the installations once daily and inform defects/ problems if any Engr-in-charge . In case of any emergency / break down of lift/elevator, the same must be informed immediately to Engr-in-charge / JE (E/M) without fail, telephonically. The contractor should maintained the attendance register and should get it signed daily by Engr-in-charge. (v) All lift operators shall wear uniform including nameplate while operating in their respective shift duties. (vi) In case of absence of any lift operator during his respective shift duty for more than 15 minute duration , contractor will be penalised at double the quoted rate of per shift per person per day.
