Providing, Fabricating, Setting – Mangalore Tiles roof using ½” square rod, 1½” x 1½” x ¼” GI angle as common rafter, 3”x ½” GI channel as wall plate with 2½” GI ‘B’ class pipe as supporter including base plates at top, bottom cross rod. The work also includes providing and laying 1st Class Mangalore Tiles, ridge tiles, lime mortar band over ridge tile etc to finish. The rate shall include cost of materials, labour etc to complete. 15.5 m x 6.15 m

Plastering the bottom of pipe pillar structure in 12mm thick, finishing curing etc complete. The rate shall include cost of materials, labour etc to complete.

Providing and constructing burnt masonry with approved quality of non-modular bricks of standard size of class designation 35 for pillar structure. The rate shall include cost of materials, labour etc complete.

Finishing work. All the un plastered brick pillars and basement of the GI pillar pipes need to be finished with colouring of exterior emulsion in two coats. The rate shall include cost of materials, labour etc to complete.

Providing and fixing transparent fibre sheet 1 mm thick embedded in 1 inch angle structure at two ends of the roof structure. The rate shall include cost of materials, labour etc to complete.

Providing and laying lime band of 6.0 m x 0.15 x 0.10 at 4 meter apart across the slope on both sides. The rate shall include cost of materials, labour etc to complete.
