S & F ball brass valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed for GI Pipe connection including necessary GI fittings such as elbow, nipple etc for 40 mm sizes all as specified.

Supply and fixing GI pipe heavy grade with flange of 80 mm bore for suction / Delivary pipe including leather complete fixed in well/sump all as specified.

M & L for Cement concrete in foundations,filling and mass concrete on road or bldg plinth type D2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) with fair finish with out extra cement complete all as specified and directed..

Supply, lay / spread in trenches, river sand including cleaning, spreading, levellng, punning for laying /cushioning of cable all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and Laying LT UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC sheated bedded galvanised strip armoured electric cable heavy duty 1100 volts fire retardant low smoke grade with standard aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 70 Sqmm in cable terenches, walls, structure etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying of GI tubing light grade 50mm bore with all fittings, complete laid in trenches/ floors or fixed to walls for protection of UG cable all as specified.

Supply and lay Pipe ductile iron pipe 100mm dia, S/S including specials Class "K-7" conforming to IS - 8329 complete all as specified.& including taking down the unserviceable GI pipe & fittings complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning KIOSK indoor door type LT panel box, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 500 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos copper bus bar for distribution system and type tested at CPRI, fabricated . The feeder pillar shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 2.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 2.00mm thick gland plate duly compartmentalized for each control gear and bus-bar, front door (02 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel base frame at bottom. The feeder pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. The panel/feeder pillar shall be comprising of the followings. BUS BARS AND INTERNAL CONNECTIONS : The bus bars shall be made of Copper 400 Amps rated 03 Nos and 200 Amps for neutral duly insulated with 1100 Volts grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves and rigidly mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators of non hygroscopic non combustable, all internal connections from main bus bars to switch gears etc INCOMING : MCCB TPN having breaking capacity 25 KA and microprocessor release , adjustable overload, short circuit, instantaneous and neutral protection of rating 160 Amps. - 01 No

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25 x 4mm as earth strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, SSR Part I- 2009 with 400 mm dia medium grade GI pipe as a protection to earth strip and 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering purpose including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, funnel, wire mesh, PCC pit, RCC cover, CI frame etc complete and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Supply & fixing of cast iron 80mm bore sluice valve IS 14846 -200 PN1.6 both flanged heavy duty drilled and installed with brass spindle gun metal face rings rubber gasket 3mm thick MS bolts nuts and washers graphite rope complete including taking down the old unserviceable valves.

Supply & fixing Air release valve cast iron with two air outlets, drilling and threading for 25mm bore and fixing up in 100 mm GI pipe mains including rubber gasket, bolt & nut and ashers etc conforming to IS 14845 complete all as specified.

Cutting the existing bituminous road / cement concrete surface 150 mm thick to the required width and depth for laying pipe lines and making good the disturbed area to match with existing complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of pump set including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead of bore size 150mm dia.

Taking up of unserviceable / rusted tubing and connections of 80/100mm bore from excavated trench / walls / floors / ceiling etc including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as directed.

M &L for laying, jointing & testing of ductile iron pipes Class K-9 conforming to IS-8329, 100 mm bore spigot and socketed suitable for tyton joint including tyton joint in any length complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for laying, jointing & testing of ductile iron pipes Class K-9 conforming to IS-8329, 150 mm bore spigot and socketed suitable for tyton joint including tyton joint in any length complete all as specified and directed.

Note: For item No.36 to 39: Excavation &earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Supply & fix in replacement of CI non-return valve of size 100mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joint fixed in repairs including provision of spun yarn etc for 80mm bore CI pipe fitting complete all as directed.
