Bed Hard Map :Removing of old unsv plywood from Bed Hard MAP FD/E6/MAP/8 (R) and supply and fixing new 12 mm thick plywood BWR grade ISI Marked of required size and shape including supply & fixing necessary nut and bolts and washer whereever required to Bed Hard MAP. Supply & fixing of following components/parts of Bed Hard MAP in replacement of unsv head rest made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior quality with PVC edging / teak wood beading all round the top of Bed hard MAP including dismantling of unsv components all as specified shown on drg FD/E6/MAP/8 (R). Rest all shown on drawings and as specified and directed

Taking out UNSV 25mm x 25mm sqr pipe form Bed hard Map and supply and fixing new 18 Guage thick 25mmx25mm Sqr Pipe including cutting, welding, turning, bending etc with one coat of black enamaled paint. Rest all shown on drawings and as specified and directed

Taking out UNSV MS Strip form Bed hard Map and supply and fixing new 5mm thick MS Strip of size 50mm x 25mm including cutting, welding, turning, bending etc with one coat of black enamaled paint. Rest all shown on drawings and as specified and directed

Material & labour for painting to Bed Hard MAP complete, after preparation of old painted surface and making smooth surface for spray painting with synthetic enamel paint Black colour. Rest all shown on drawings and as specified and directed

Charpoy MS Pipe : Removing of old unsv plywood from Charpoy MS Pipe FD/MAP-II/01 and supply and fixing new 12 mm thick plywood BWR grade ISI Marked with supply & fixing necessary nut and bolts including washer to bothside of Charpoy MS pipe. Rest all shown on drawings and as specified and directed. Make : Archid/Century ply / Kitply

Taking out UNSV 25mm x 25mm sqr pipe form MS Pipe FD/MAP-II/01 and supply and fixing new 18 Guage thick 25mmx25mm Sqr Pipe including cutting, welding, turning, bending etc with one coat of black enamaled paint. Rest all shown on drawings and as specified and directed.

Taking out UNSV MS Strip form MS Pipe FD/MAP-II/01 and supply and fixing new 5mm thick MS Strip of size 50mm x 25mm including cutting, welding, turning, bending etc with one coat of black enamaled paint. Rest all shown on drawings and as specified and directed.

Charpoy GI pipe : Removing of old unsv Plywood from charpoy GI pipe FD-220 and supply and fixing new 12 mm thick plywood BWR grade ISI Marked with 75 mm long x 6 mm dia full threaded nut and bolts with washer in bothside by drilling 2 Nos of hole in long rail and 2 Nos of hole on short rails. Corners of plywood fixed on charpoy should be rounded off properly complete. Rest all shown on drawings and as specified and directed. Make : Green Ply/Century ply / Kitply/ Orchid Ply

S & F new iron strip to be welded with long rail of charpoy GI pipe FD-220 of size 900x30x5 mm thick duly black painted in 2 Nos on long rails below ply wood top.

Removal of unsv long rail from existing frame of charpoy of GI pipe FD-220 and supply and fixing of new long rail made out of GI pipe 32mm nominal bore medium grade ISI marked all as specified and shown on drg.

Removal of unsv short rail from exiting frame of charpoy of GI pipe and fixing of short rail made from unsv long rail retrieved from charpoy GI pipe against Ser No.50 above after cutting threading of both ends to the requires size complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removal of unsv leg from existing frame of charpoy GI pipe and fixing legs by making from unsv short rail retrieved from charpoy GI pipe as per item No 51 here-in-before including cutting threading complete and providing best quality PVC shoe to the legs of charpoy GI pipe . Rest all shown on drawings and as specified and directed

Removal of unsv elbow three way 32mm bore from existing frame of Charpoy GI pipe FD-220 and supply and fixing new elbow GI three way32mm bore medium grade ISI marked all specified and shown on drawing FD-220. Rest all shown on drawings and as specified and directed

Removal of unsv check nuts from existing frame of charpoy GI pipe & supply and fixing new check nuts GI 32mm bore medium grade ISI marked all specified and shown on drawing FD-220.

Tightening of charpoy GI frame complete all as per drawing. Rest all shown on drawings and as specified and directed

Welding of FMN clamps to the legs of charpoy GI pipe all as per drawing. Rest all shown on drawings and as specified and directed

Charpoy Folding : Removing of old unsv plywood from charpoy folding FD-388 (R) and supply and fixing new 12 mm thick plywood BWR grade ISI Marked with necessary nut, bolts and washers to Charpoy folding . Corners of plywood fixed on charpoy should be rounded properly complete .Rest all shown on drawings and as specified and directed. Make : Green Ply/Century ply / Kitply/ Orchid Ply

Rest all shown on drawings and as specified and directed

PVC Seat & Back (Chair Varandah Drg No. FD/MAP-II/15) Taking down unserviceable plastic PVC Seat & back from chair verandah MAP and S&F new Seat & back of chair verandah, made out of 4 mm thick PVC moulded alongwith 4x10mm ribs & 90x10mm grooves as shown on drgs. the weight of seat / Back shall not be less than 0.90 Kg. Rest all shown on drawings and as specified and directed. Make : AMKO/Swastik

Apply one coat of synthetic enameled white paint to chair after preparing the surface of chair verandah.(FD/MAP-II/15) Rest all shown on drawings and as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No. 23 above but welding to Chair Varandah MAP. Note : Welding in repairs not exceeding 2.5cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6mm.

Taking down of unserviceable conduit pipe from chair verandah MAP and Supply & Fixing duly welding 20 guage tube conduit pipe 15/16 mm thick between the seat and all UNSV place of chair varandah. Rest all shown on drawings and as specified and directed.

Taking out UNSV Nylon buffer from furniture parts and Supply and fix new 20mm Nylon buffer with SS screw of furniture. Rest all shown on drawings and as specified and directed.
