Brick soling with Class-150 bricks laid on edge and dry including prepration of subgrade to prescribed cambre and including supply of bricks, filling joints with local earth spreading a blinding coat of 1 cm. (3/8") depth of local earth of P.l. 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface & including labour & T&P. etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Apron along building).

Struck Pointing with 1 : 2 cement and fine sand mortar over brickwork in sub structure etc complete.

Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by Engineer in charge with in a distance of 60 meters (200 feet).

Scraping of existing damaged tar felting over terrace including disposal of refuse as drirected by E/l within a distance of 60mtr (200fit)

Providing and laying fresh lime concrete of 50% mortar in cement, lime, surkhi, and coarse sand in ratio 1:5:5:5 with 25 mm gauge brick ballast including ramming, watering and rubbing the surface matching to the original and supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. working height shall be from 1 to 20 meters. Total area 3113.43 taken avrage thickness 7.50cm hence

Brick work class -150 in 1:6 one cement & six coarse sand in super structure as per actual site requirement including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work.

6 mm to 12 mm thick plaster in roof terrace in tested lime cement, surkhi, and coarse sand mortar in ratio 1:1:2:2 after watering the old surface and throughly cleaning the surface before plasting from ground floor to 20 meters height including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying tar felting on terrace including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work.

Supply & Fixing of sal wood (cut to size) SI.No.

Dismantling of grits trusses and other steel work including stacking of dismantled materials as directe directed by Engineer in charge with in a distance of 60 meters (200 feet) Existing M.S. Grill of size 2.00x0.90mtr total weight of One gril= 35kg.
