Note: (i) The erection of transformer shall be under the supervision of manufacturer's auth rep & certificate .In this regard, drawing shall be submitted by contractor duly signed by auth rep of manufacturer & Engineer-in-Charge before errection. (ii) RTCC and AVR Panel shall be suitable for automatic voltage regulation with master follower scheme with tap position indicator as per tap indication in the OLTC mechanism. RTCC should also be provided with control gear in respect of fan ON/OFF indication, auto & manual control switch, AC supply on and tap changer in progress indication lamp, tap struck indication and alarm. (iii) The core shall be constructed from high grade, non ageing, prime grade CRGO with M4 grade or better, silicon steel laminations and shall be of bottle ness design. The core material shall be purchased directly from manufacturer (Pasco /Nippon/Novex/AK steel’s) or from their accredited marketing organization.

(iv) Manufacturer shall have in house automated core cutting facility to ascertain that there is no mixing of second grade core (v) The core and core assembly should be dried through a high efficient vacuum drying autoclave for heating and drying . (vi) Manufacturer shall have in house NABL accredited lab to ascertain the authenticity of test results. BIS approved CPRI, type test report as per IS-2026 of power transformer should be of similar or higher rating to be submitted by the contractor at the time of make approval.

S&F of 8 K SWG/4mm GI Shield wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor MS flat 50 x 6 mm for connecting earthing electrode to fencing equipments, earthing mesh in the yard etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Up to 7.5 Mtr length of pipe of 40 mm dia and copper strip shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the tenderer. (ii) Resistance of earthing should be less than 1 Ohms failing which the contractor will do the earthing again to achieve the desired result i.e. less than 1 ohms (iii) In case soil is not suitable same is to be replaced with good quality clay soil to achieve the desired result of less than 1 ohms (iv) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive for the above aspects’.
