Providing, Installation, testing & commissioning of horizontal pump as per the following specification 1. PUMP:- • Type : Horizontal split casing • Speed : 1440 rpm or less • Discharge 6000 GPH • Dynamic Head: 30 Meters • Efficiency > 83% • NPSHR ≤ 2.5 2. SQUIRREL CAGE INDUCTION MOTOR • Motor rating/Power: Suitable for above parameter • Speed: 1440 rpm (Syn.). • Type: Horizontal (Induction). • Winding: Copper wound squirrel cage. • Phase/Voltage: AC 3-Ph, 415±10% V, 50 Hz. 3. COUPLING Suitable for coupling of above mentioned pumping unit (as per Annexure A in the ENIT)

Providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of 80mm nominal dia. heavy duty ductile iron, NRV of rating PN 1.6 conforming to IS/5312 (2000). The valve shall have body and bonnet of ductile iron, with drainage plug disk of ductile iron, fully covered with rubber (EPDM) approval identical seal on both sides, with integrated rubber joint protected against overload, body seat cast iron, bolts and nuts of stainless steel (A2). Corrosion Protection: Inside and outside epoxy coating, blue, RAL 5005 according to GSK. The job includes P/F of 02 No. M.S. flanges Conforming to IS/6392 perfectly adaptable to the inbuilt flanges of the valves, which shall be fitted at the suitable place in the rising mains , Cost on account of nuts, bolts conforming to IS/1363 part-1st (2002) & gaskets conforming to IS/638/79 required for the completion of job is included in the scope of work.

Providing, fabrication and fitting of gantry to be fabricated out of 80 mm MS pipe (Heavy) 9.14 m @ 9.9 kg/m = 90.54 kgs. The job also includes cement bottoming for vertical posts.
