Provision of services for maintenance of entire external and internal electric supply system,including substations, rectification of faults, repairs and replacement of electrical fittings, fixtures and equipments, LT cables and HT fuses, distribution panels, attending complaints, like light, fan, power points, Geysers, street lights, earthings etc and including replacement of parts and fittings & fixtures of street lights and maintenance / cleaning of LT panels, AMF panels, earth pits and switch fuse units in HT pole structure, cleaning of complaint cells and removing vegetation upto grass root level of substation surrounding areas, transformer yard complete, controlling of electric supply and including recording of necessary data in record books and plant running records, located at DMDE office complex and Transit Mess on all days including sundays & Holidays in three shifts (1st shift from 0600h to 1400h, 2nd shift 1400h to 2200h & 3rd shift 2200h to 0600h) complete all as directed. a) Man power to be employed : 01 Electrician(Semi skilled) & 01 Helper(unskilled) - per shift (Round the clock)

Repairs of gate valves, pump sets and including recording of necessary data in record books and plant running records, located at DMDE office complex and Transit Mess on all days including Sundays & Holidays in two shifts (1st shift from 0500h to 1300h & 2nd shift 1300h to 2100h) complete all as directed a) Man power to be employed : 01(Semi skilled) PHO - per shift

Provision of services for maintenance/ operating of DG set capacity 400/100 KVA whenever Telangana transco power supply fails, recording of various meter reading of generating set, filling of diesel into the diesel tank of DG set, collection of fuel from MES POL yard and transportation of fuel from yard to DG set deemed to included in quoted rate, maintain log book, POL record book, located at DMDE office complex and Transit Mess on all days including Sundays & Holidays in one shift from 0900 to 1700 hrs (a) Man power to be employed : 01(semi skilled) DGO - per shift

Note for item srl No 1 to 5 : (a) In case of requirement, tradesmen provided for one area may be utilised in other areas at the discretion of department, without any extra cost to department as directed. (b) Materials which are required for the maintenance shall be supplied by the department free for fixing only. The labour element for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) Tools and plants, cotton waste required for maintenance shall be supplied by the contractor and cost of same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (d) The contractor shall supply uniform alongwith shoes to their employees for wearing during working hours of shift. The uniform shall be pant and shirt and shall be in blue colour. The pattern of uniform shall be as decided by GE. The quoted rate shall deemed to include this provision.

(e) In case of absence of trademen during any shift, continuously late for a period exceeding 15 minutes, double the market rate of labour shall be recovered from the due payments of the contractor. (f) Departmental equipments of each installation shall be under safe custody of the contractor, In case of theft/misuse of the equipment, the cost of same shall be recovered from the due payment to contractor. (g) Minimum wages certificate with attendence register, wage register and proof of payment through bank which was paid to labourshall be got verified by Engineer-in-charge before submission of RAR/FB for releasing of payment in RARs and final bills. (h) Electrician/ valveman should be ITI qualified with similar field experiance age not more than 60 Years of all staff employed shall be submitted.

(j) The materials required for the area cleaning and transformer cleaning (cotton waste, brooms and carbon cleaner for battery terminals) and water pipe for watering in earth pits will be provided by the contractor. k) Provision of printed log books and stationery required, hand gloves of 11KV grade each set, earth rod HT type, megger, multi meter, HT tapes, night duty torch, fuse wire, umberalla, rain coat etc deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (l) All people employed is responsible for cleaning and maintenance including restricting vegetation growth in his equipment surrounding area.

(m) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for leave reserve / off of the staff employed. (n) Each employee shall be facilitated with adhoc bonus privilage as applicable in accordance with Govt. of India and the same to be deemed to be incuded in the quoted rate. Documentary proof of duly signed by contractor / contractor's representative. and individual to be forwarded. (o) In case of absence of operator double the rate quoted shall be recovered

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of Cable with Stranded Compacted Circular Aluminium Conductor, 11000Volts, UE, Conductor Screened with Extruded Semi-conducting compound, XLPE Insulated, Insulation Screened with extruded semi-conducting compound in combination with copper tape cores laid up, inner sheath of Thermoplastic tape, galvanised flat steel strip armoured and overall Extruded PVC Type ST-2 Outer Sheathed cable conforming to IS:7098/II/85 of size 120 sqmm, 3 core with appropriate lugs including taking down unserviceable cable complete all as directed.

M&L for Cutting and removing tree branches of any height and of any size, hanging on HT/LT lines, street lights, and the cut tree branches / trimming and shall be removed to a distance exceeding 2 km and not exceeding4 Km from the site of work complete all as directed. Note: Charger for safety shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and Labour for cutting existing road/PCC of size 45cm x 60cm for taking out/laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and refilling the same in layers well ramming including watering as required and matching with the existing surface with 200mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and curing the same with wet gunny bags and removing debris to a distance not less than 50m complete all as directed.

Overhauling of transformer by disconnecting the HT and LT side supply, dismantling the clamps, bolts, nuts & washers, lifting the transformer from structure by using crane and transport to the workshop to carry out the repair by draining out the transformer oil through the drain plug, removing the top portion, lifting the primary and secondary winding without disturbing or damaging the core and the coil, clean the bottom portion of the transformer tank by removing the deposited material, clean and keep the primary and secondary winding with core in electric ovan minimum for 48 hours to enhance the insulation valve of the windings, supply and fixing breather pipe and packing, silica jel, oil level indicating transperent glass with marking minimum and maximum oil level indication, HT and LT side bushes assembly, gaskets and oil seals set including taking down u/s items and reassembling the transformer, refilling the transformer oil, reinstallation, testing and commissioning of the transformer should be carried out at required locations as directed for the following capacities:

100 KVA to 160 KVA capacity transformer (Make - Kirloskar/HIT)

210 KVA to 315 KVA capacity transformer (Make - Essenar/HIT)

Note: The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the following: (i) Overhauling of Transformer shall be done by the technician from OEM. (ii) The required transportation, Crane, repairing tools shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) De-hydration of the transformer oil should be carried out to improve BDV to withstand operational voltage before refilling (iv) Leak test to be carried out and rectified by brazing, welding etc before re-filling of the dehydrated transformer oil. (v) If any damage occured during repair/testing of transformer then the responsibility lies with the contractor for rectification without any extra cost. (vi) Standby distribution transformer shall be arranged by the contractor till the existing transformer is serviced/repaired.(charges deemed included in quoted rate)

Taking out the air compressor 2 HP capacity, 3 Phase, from site to workshop & back and taking out burnt copper winding from the motor and rewinding the motor with insulated copper wire as per existing gauge, varinishing, heating complete and replacement of the following spares in motor/compressor and re-assembling the motor/compressor after repair including scrubbing old paint and painting with two coats of machine paint over a coat of red oxide primer & filling of compressor oil upto its required level all as directed.
