M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in panel of alternative bays not exc 2.00 Sqm with 6mm wide joints and filled with mastic fillings finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B 2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in flooring, including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green in alternate bays complete all as specified and directeced

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B 1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in flooring, including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement in alternate bays complete all as specified and directec.

M & L for removing all loose scale and corrosion deposits of the exposed corrugated steel including surface preparation, corrugated steel should be cleaned all around including the back of exposed steel bars and removing all the loose concrete around the reinforcement with the clearance as recommended by the manufacture of rust remover, then applying rust remover with brush by complete wetting the rusted material surface by rust remover and leaving for 24 hrs and therafter surface preparation of coated bars and applying 2nd coat of rust remover and leaving the same for specific period as per manufactyures instructions and further again preparing and cleaning the steel surfaces for treatemnt complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and fixing rebar of required length and diameter with Sika Anchor fix @ 3 Fosroc lockflod equivalent in BASF Wherever required in RCC members including power drilling, cleaning of holes then rebar should be inserted in the holes that should be filled with eproxy as mentioned above to ensure the bond as per manufacturer instructions, complete for following diameter of bars as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed (Wherever required necessary welding of rebars shall also be done with main reinforcement with any extra cost) (a) 8mm/10mm/12mm TMT bars

CORROSION RESISTANCE COATING M&L for applying passivator/anti corrosion coating to the preapred surfaces of items No 13 above the material shall be cement base polymer modified coating for corrosion protection and shall be applied as per manufacturer insturctions complete all as specified and directed

Applying material and labour for preparation of old RCC/concrete surface and applying a coat of two components solvent free epoxy bonding agent using brush after cleaning of surface from all dust all as per manufacturer insturctions complete all as specified and directed. Taking down existing roof treatment of water proofing of any discription including plaster and cleaning top surfaces with wire brushes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement applied over roof slab. After the plaster is cured the roof will be tested for water tightening by ponding with water for seven days for any seepage/leakage etc if any seepage is observed the rectfication shall be carried out by high pressure gourting under the pressure of 5 Kg/Sqm using cement grout After the surface is repaired the slab is tested for water tightness again before processing further treatement complete all as specified and directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Self adhesive elastomenc SBS bitumen based water proofing membrane 1.5mm thick with coarse laminated polythene film surface. The upper side and easily removable silicon film on the underside, laid on roofs and sealing all joints and including applying bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltrs/Sqm over clean RCC roof surface complete all as specified and directed Note: The work shall only be executed through authorised approved applicator by the manufacturer of membrane)
