The Railway reserve the right to place orders for entire quantity on firms having proven satisfactory past performance of supply of same/similar items to IR as per clause no 16.4 or ER store Dept. General Tender Condition.

Firm should upload past experience for supplying this item/similar item i.e (CRN,R-Note, inspection certificate, CRC and PO copy) to any shed/depot of Indian Railways.

GC/WC: As per IRS terms and condition must be submitted.

L.D Clause :- For delayed supplies, recovery of liquidated damage (LD) shall be levied at the (0.5%) of the price of the store per week or part of the week during which delivery is accepted and the upper limit for recovery of LD in supply contract is 10%(Ten percent ) of the value of contract irrespective of delays,unless otherwise provided, specially in the contract.

Packing - materials should be delivered in OEM sealed pack.

Marking: Manufacturer's identification mark along with month and year of manufacturing to be provided at suitable place on materials or on boxes/cartons as per drawing/ specification as per feasibility as the case may be.

Submission of Manufacturer's Test and Guarantee Certificate along with supply.

For offer value below 5 Lakhs, the normal inspection will be done by consignee. For offer value above 5 Lakhs, the inspection will be done by Third Party Inspection.
