Upgradation/Strengthening of Roads - 4 nos. at Aruppukottai Block of Virudhunagar District under MGSMT-2025-26 (CGF-SFC Component for the year 2026-27) in Package no.1

Clearing Scrub Jungle without alignment for the widening of the formation of the road cutting of trace up to 30mm girth products the cleaning are to be stocked in such a place as ordered by the departmental officer and the ground shall be left in a perfectly clean condition. All holes of hollows whether original, existing (or) produced by digging of roots shall than be carefully filled up the earth well rammed and leveled of and the entire work completed in all respect as per SI 17 (2).

Earth work excavation and depositing on back with an intial of 10m and lift 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, hard gravelly soil etc., as per SS 20A including laying and spreading in layer etc.complete.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory Soil Compactor to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp

Providing and laying of Prime coat using 7 Kg of Bituminous Emulsion-SS-1 for 10 sqm over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36, 0.26 cum of 2.36mm and below with 47.28 kgs of VG30 bitumen and 3.02 kgs of plastic wastes for 10 sq.m. and heating the aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5.

Supply and fixing of HM stone of standard design and drawing as per IRC:26-1967, including painting and numbering etc., and all other incidental charges etc., complete.
