Repair/Routine maintenance including carrying out daily check of fire alarm/fire fighting system complete with electronic control panel inthe following buildings including personnel to attend the fire alarm system faults, testing, checking and replacement of unserviceable minor components ie nuts, bolts, washers etc other than mentioned in schedule here-in after and fire alarm system consisting the following :- (a) Indicator (b) Electronic fire control panel (c) Manual call point (d) Smoke detector (e) Heat detector (f) Electronic fire control panel (g) Main/Zone (h) Battery of fire panel DC supply (J) All wiring and cable connections Details of bldgs are as under :- (a) R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10,R12,R13,R14, R15, R16, R17, R18, R19, R20, R21, R23, R24, , R26 , R27, , R28, R29, R30, R31, R32, R33, R34 & R35, Mithun bldg (G+14/ floors) ie 15 stories (b) R -11, R-22, R-25, R-36, R-37, R-38, R-39 bldgs (G + 6 /7 stories) (c) NCS School (d) WNC (O) Mess Note :- 1. Contractor shall also to provide adequate skilled manpower for testing of fire fighting system of buildings as per schedule to be issued by the user section. The cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in the item rate. 2. Minor Items like fuses, loop cards, detectors circuits are required at site to make functional are included in the item rate. 3. Contractor technician and helper should daily report to JE E/M regarding maintenance of work at site.

Supply , installation, testing & commissioning in repairs of micro processor based 2 wire fault tolerant loop, required loop networkable type 2 loop (each loop accessing maximum 99 detectors and 99 modules ) fire alarm/detection control panel. The panel shall be capable to give location of all fire/fault conditions of addressable units via the address. The panel shall have rectifier, Loop cards, LCD unit to indicate Fire/Fault Signal with address. The panel shall have a built in power supply and battery charger along with maintenance free SMF Lead acid batteries as per manufacturers design with battery charger complete as required and as per specifications duly approved by EN 54 complete including making connections all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Morley-IAS by Honeywell model Name/Number DXc2/714-001-225 or Bosch model NO FPA-1000-V2/Schneider cat No FFSULH1002 Model No ESM, ULTIMA or techno-commercial equivalent of make given in Appx B.

Assembling the motor, transporting to site of work, coupled with the pumping set, alignments properly, connecting the LT cables and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
