Replacement of 3.5TR reciprocating compressor suitable for operation on 3phase 415V, 50Hz, AC supply, including testing commissioning etc as required. Make : Copeland Model No. CR62KQM or ss make

Replacement of 3.5TR faulty Compressor with used compressor from other site with in the Hyderabad including removing the faulty compressor, transporting the working compressor to site, fixing, brazing, interconnection, testing etc., as required.

Complete gas charging for 3.5 TR single circuit of 7.0TR package AC unit with R-22 refrigerant including nitrogen pressure testing, leak testing with halide torch, arresting leakages, vacuumisation etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing of the following accessories/ components for the existing 7TR PAC units including removing of faulty items, fixing of new components, testing etc., as required. a) Rewinding of out door fan motors

b) Relief valve

c) Time delay timer.

d) Condenser unit fan blade (Aluminum)

e) 32A 3pole contactor 3phase 415volts operated.

f) Gas topup in the 3.5TR single circuit with R22 refrigerant.

g) Drier filter

h) V- Belts

i) Hand Shutoff valve

Cleaning of AC plant room, Condenser room by engaging 2 nos unskilled labour for 2days i/c removing debris, pigeon poops/ droppings and washing with water and phynoil, shifting all the obsolete materials kept in the AC plant room and condenser room to the location shown by the building in charge as per the instructions of Engineer-in charge complete as required.

General servicing of the package units, removing the filters, cleaning of the external filters, jet cleaning of the evoprator coil, cleaning of the out door condenser unit with water jet, checking of all the control circuit, checking of the operation buttons, display, indication bulbs in the indoor unit etc.,
