Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

The Tenderer should process required valid Electrical Licence for Executing Electrification works and should have executed similar Electrical works totaling Rs.50 % of Electrical work portion.

Tenderers who meet the specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx1.5 - B) Where, A Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25 (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N, Number of years (11 months)prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B, Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 11 months (11/12 (0.92) year i.e. period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited.

Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of contract value) in the last five years (i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25), as a prime contractor, at least one Similar nature of work such as Providing Lift Irrigation work of value not less than Rs. 62.48 Lakhs. The weightage of 10% will be given per year to bring them to the price level of the FY 2025-26

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 37.36 LAKHS Credit lines or letter of credit or certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc

Achieved in at least two financial years during the last five years (i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25) a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.249.90 lakhs Financial turn over of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring to them to the price level of the FY 2025-26.

The department and contractor are bounded for Excess payment/recovery in case of revision in GST Rates.

The amount put to tender is Exclusive of GST. Hence GST will be paid separately.
