Note:- 1) The consumables such as brooms, pocha, phenyl, harpic, etc. shall be supplied to the contractor free of cost by the concerned office. 2) The rates to be quoted shall be exclusive of GST, labour Cess, ESI and EPF employer share as per Govt. rules. 3) The price of rest reliever will not be payable extra. Contractor will arrange rest reliever for the mandatory leaves/holidays as per prevalent labour law and this cost may also be included in the quoted prices. 4) Any increase in minimum wages rates enhanced by DC office after final day of online bid submission shall be payable extra by PSPCL. 5) Contractor is not allotted quote any discount on minimum wages, his bid will be rejected, if any discount is offered. 6) In case of Tender process is not completed due to any reason, no Corrigendum will be in Newspaper, Detail regarding Corrigendum may be available on official PSPCL website https://eproc.punjab.gov.in 7) All payments to workers shall be made by the contractor through bank account only.
