M&L for Brick work built in cement mortar 1:4 using old size sub class "B" bricks in wall straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean eadius complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:6) on fair face of brick work or concrte surfaces finished surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc. 1.5sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated any colour Anodised aluminium door shutters, (minimum thickness of powder coating 5 micron) aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified

S&F 150 mm Floor door stoper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glass 5.5 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazig with oilputty in square in n.exc 1.00 sq mm in each pane all as specified and directed

S&F 5 mm thick PVC sheet any colourapproved by Engrs-in-charge in strips & channel feathered at edge for fixing on solid PVC wall Lining, Insulated PVC wall Lining, and solid PVC Partitions inclusive of solvent Cement and fixing at site all as specified and directedb by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L preparation of newly plastered of wall and any description and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with 1mm wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing duly Complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down or steel brushing scraping down smoke roots, molds, moss and efflorescence salts, trading oil greasy spots etc upto double storey building and applying two coat of Oil bound distemper all as specified and direceted.

Preparation of old platered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down with steel brushing,scraping down smoke soot's moulds moss and efflorescent salts trading oil greasy sport etc and applying three coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down or steel brushing scraping down smoke roots, molds, moss and efflorescence salts, trading oil greasy spots etc upto double storey building complete all as specified and direceted.

Material and labour for applying two coats of Acrylic weather coat emulsion paint on walls/ceiling/facias/ramp Surface etc in disruptive pattern having percentage of Six- colour as 29.04% of RGB Value (143, 152, 113), 22.48% of RGB Value (112,139,86), 14.98% of RGB value (123,137,126), 13.80% of RGB Value (84,97,75), 14.15% of RGB Value (123, 137, 94) and 5.55% of RGB Value (206,193,141) as per sample approved by AGE(I) for building of height upto 7.5 meter, over and including a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate quoted by contractor is demmed to include preparation of surfaces and necessary scaffolding for painting upto required height complete all as specified and directed.

Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified.

S&F 605x605 mm Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified

12mm thick Gypsum board, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid complete all as specified. Make : (i) Aluminum section : VALCO, HINDALCO, JINDAL (ii) Gypsum board :- GYPSUM INDAI Ltd/LA GYP ECO Board.

E/M PORTION

Material and labour, point wiring concealed type with PVC insulated (unsheathed) cable 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) multy stranded FRLS Copper conductor 1100 volts grade and continous earth wire PVC insulated 1.5 sqmm copper conductor to comman earth in and including new PVC conduit chasing and existing sunken boxes with new sunken boxes for piano switches/sockets & sheet and frame for pianoswitches/sockets (incl cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface ) complete all as specified and directed ny Engineer-in-charge for the following (Note :- Sunken boxes, frame, plate is included in the quoted rate)

(a) For one light/fan/bell point controlled by one 6 Amp one way switch complete all as specified and directed.

(b) All as per item No. 23 hereinbefore but wiring for one 3 pin 6 Ampere socket outlet point on the same board, controlled by other switch complete all as specified and directed.

(c) All as per item No. 23 hereinbefore but wiring for one 3 pin socket outlet 6 amps independent board.

All as per item No 2 hereinbefore but with 2.5 Sqmm size cable multy stranded FRLS copper wire unsheathed for one 3 pin socket outlet 16 Amp on independent board including continous copper solid conductor connecting to comman earth dolly completed all as specified and directed ny Engineer-in-charge for the following - (Note :- Sunken boxes, frame, plate is included in the quoted rate)

S & F of switch piano flush type single pole one-way 6 Ampere complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 6 Ampere socket outlet flush type, multi purpose suitable for 2 and 3 pins (Total 5 Pins) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of ceiling rose, surface bakelite, 65 X 50 mm, 3 terminals complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying and fixing Copper earth strip of size 32x6 mm on wall and floor complete all as specified & directed by engrs-in-charge

Material & labour for Brazing on copper earth strip of size up to 32x6 mm on wall and floor after disconnecting theconnection from equipment, necessary cleaning of earth strio before applied brazing complete all as specified & directed by engrs-in-charge

S & F , Porcelain Supporting insulator of as per existing size/adequate size fixing, on waal/roof for suporting the lightning arrester earthing strip including Nut Bolts and washers, fixed as in repair, complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L for providing chemical Earthing of advance system of coppr pipe Chemrode 3 mtrs lomg 50mm dia and inner strip of copper as earthing electrode sand filling with conductiong concrte back fill compounds with the permanent sealings at both the ends. Top of the earth elecrode shall be compressed to form an extended lead with 2 holes for connecting the strip/wire to the load. To ensure the moisture content and electrical conductivity, each earthing pit shall be provided with minimum 03 bags of 25 kgs chemical compound. An arrangement for connection of copper strip (25x3mm) to rod to be made with given Terminal point with SS Nut bolts, provn of polymer chamber with cover, includings necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in ,removal of surplus soil, the desired value of resistance should be less than 1 Ohm, Entire work will be executed by OEM, complte all as specified & directed by Engrs-in Charge. Note:- If the resistance of Earthing not less 1 Ohm complete earthing should be Redone

M & L for vertical type sheet steel enclouser distribution boards, double door factory made 3 phase 415 volts 4 way with 200 amps rating copper bus bar of suitable size and PVC insulated copper jumpers from the MCCB to the out going circuits (one incoming MCCB and 12 outgoing MCBs circuits) comprising of 3 phase 4 wire of suitable rating including MCCB 160 amps, 25 KA, TP, 415 volts, 50 Hz = 01 No. and 12 Nos MCBs 6-32 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal encloser single pole and meutral , with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Note : The total amount shall subject to adjustment of Credit for old materials as per Schedule of Credit.
