Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm, exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm deep including stacking usable material for reuse old removing the rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and stacking, complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM in one layer with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) of granite, trap or basalt spreading and compaction with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing un-surfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc., and and applying evenly a priming / tack coat on un-surfaced wet mix macadam surfaces with cationic bitumen emulsion RS1 grade conforming to IS:8887 @ 2.5 Kg per Ten Square Metre with tar boiler and including Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (Design Mix) 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen using bitumen VG-30 paving grade ( 50 -70 penetration) binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using power roller 8 to 12 tonne, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc., and laying Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (Design Mix) 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen using bitumen VG-30 paving grade ( 50 -70 penetration) binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using power roller 8 to 12 tonne, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dirt and mud of water sunken surface in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by appling tack coat on bituminous surface with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-1 grade conforming to IS:8887 @ 2.5 Kg per Ten Square Metre, putting in Pre-mixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes exc 30 mm complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving cationic bitumen emulsion RS-1 RS-1 grade conforming to IS:8887 @ 2.5 Kg per Ten Square Metre, by mechanical sprayer, complete, all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Premix bituminous macadam with 4% paving using bitumen VG-30 paving grade ( 50 -70 penetration) bitumen binder, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness upto maximum 75mm), complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of any type of road surfaces by scratching old spots, paints, trading oils greasy spots etc. and applying reflective Thermo Plastic road marking paints as side, side lines of white/yellow colour of width upto 100mm conforming to Ministry of surface Transaport (MORTH) specification for the road and bridge work : 3rd revision, over primer as per manufacturers instructions including glass beads (intermix) type I (most/BS6008A) and provision contained in IRC-35-1997, complete all as specified and directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge. Note : Contractor shall have to furnish the detail that quantity minimum used per square meter is 5.00 Kg/Sqm.

Dark eye solar studs RED,Amber or white of size 125 x 125 x 25, height without stump - 21mm, height with stump 65mm, stump dia 33mm, LEDs electronically operated with 4 Nos solar cell, Battery - 1600MA/1.2 volts Ni-Mh mono-crystalline 2.4v/0.3 watt, aluminium reflective frame- ploycarbonate weight of stud 360 gms fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Delineators made of ABS plastic fitted with two nos. 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made of PMMA on both sides of the post and mounted on mild steel pipe of 50 mm duly powder coated height 1000mm, anti rust etc including fixed in PCC block (size 30x30x30 cm) of PCC 1:2:4 Type B-I, including taking down old delineators, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Cost of PCC and earth work is deemed to be included in unit cost.

Convex mirror of 800mm dia, made of polycorbonate material provided with 75mm dia mild steel medium weight pipe post of 108m high, duly powder coated fixed on ground with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 of block size 60x60x60 cm, fixing in repair including earth work & removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Cost of PCC and earth work is deemed to be included in unit cost.

Cat eye of size 100 mm x 100mmx20mm made of Aluminium, two reflectors fitted in the body, weight of cat eye 130 gm approx, designed for dynamic loads, fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in position with PCC type D2 of size 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.60 metre retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards, made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTMD- 4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge
