Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location within a lifts up to 1.50m and lead upto 1000m. As per technical specification clause No. 302.3 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-1 and 300.2 with lead up to 1000m as per technical specification clause 301.5 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density as per MORD specification 401 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing, laying and spreading material on a prepared subgrade add cement@2% by weight to spread Material manually miixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base as per technical specification clause no 405 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Cement Treated Base (Water Bound Macadam G3 + 4% Cement (OPC) Providing, laying and spreading material on a prepared sub-base, cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manually, mix in place with Rotavator and compacting with the Road Roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of subbase/base. as per Technical Specification clause no 405 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specn. No. 503 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration or Emulsion grade bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base by manual means including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per T.S.C. 508 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with 80/100 grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per TSC 510 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 I. P.C.C grade M 10 (i) Nominal mix 1:3:6 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)
