Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium Plastic emulsion paint of (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, applying putty, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on rough cast plaster surface at all levels with Acrylic emulsion paint (APEX or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

From 0 to 10.50 metre elevation above working floor level.

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and applying painting Two coats of polyuerthane paint on steel surface and other required internal surface at all levels with Apcothane CF 675 PU 240 Nickel Grey paint of Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer to give and even shade including one under coat of suitable Epoxy/PU primer, preparation of the surfaces, complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 3mm thick self leveling epoxy flooring from Asian or other approved brand consisting of priming coat and top coat using primer, screed and top coat - including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper, filling the holes, joints, cracks if any, etc, including demarcation outer border line of specified width and specified colour as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, the rate includes the preparation of flooring, primer and screed and top coat etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Priming: All surfaces to be primed with Apcoflor HFP 120 of Asian or other approved brand of concern agency designed for maximum absorption and adhesion to concrete substrates. The primer should be applied immediately to the prepared surface using stiff brushes and/or rollers. The primer should be well 'scrubbed' into the substrate to ensure full coverage, but care should be taken to avoid over application or 'ponding'. Top coat: Top coat shall be of APCOFLOR HFP 120 of Asian or other approved brand of concern agency of 3 components system having coating thickness of over all 3mm including primer, screed and top coat. The top coat should be applied on the top of primer on the prepared surface using stiff brushes and/or rollers and ensure full coverage and but care should be taken to avoid over application or ponding.

Chipping and removing the existing damaged plastered brick/concrete surface and plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick of required width of 100 to 200mm and disposing the dismantled debris with lead above 2 km but upto 3km complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on wood work and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
