Demolition of PCC in ground floors and paving n,exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).
M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base under flooring of path/hardstanding etc complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing and plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.
M&L Plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded curshed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form work, all as directed

Demolition of RCC (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for Providing precast cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for providing 60 mm thick factory made machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded (glossy finished) interlocking coloured tiles with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, of grade M-35 (compressive strength) of mixed colour complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for providing 80 mm thick factory made machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded (glossy finished) interlocking coloured tiles with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, of grade M-40 (compressive strength) of mixed colour complete all as specified .

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed
S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand 2.24 dia steel barbed wire, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm (approx) spacing and straining and fixing to any type of post, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire , staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and as shown on drawing including straining bolts as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Each line of wire to be measured separately) complete all as specified & directed.
S&F in repairs Punched Tape Concertina coil (including spike and handle) with 56 loops and 600mm dia, Max covered length 8 RM, having a core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength. The punched tape and cover wire (2.5 +- 0.35mm dia) shall be heavy galvanized (IS-1730) (Wire-275GSM & strip-200 GSM) to provided protection against outdoor exposure. The punched tape shall be mechanically crimped over the core wire and then formed into a coil at various parts of the periphery of the coil. The width of strip as 19mm and spacing of blades 24.00 +- 0.5mm C/C. The weight of each coil shall be 8 +- 0.5% Kgs without packing material and coil length 8 Mtr (maximum) when opened up each coil would with bituminized hessian cloth for providing protective packing.
S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long dia of shank 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified.
S&F Mild steel Round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified.
M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified.
M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint all as specified and as directed.
M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls, applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint complete all specified and directed.
15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on bricks or concrete surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed.
