10 The Bidder should have satisfactory completed similar work(s) during the last 7 years in any Central/State Govt. departments only. As per eligibility criteria mentioned in the bid document.

12 The Bidder must have valid GST registration certificate

13 The Bidder should have valid ESIC Registration

14 The Bidder should have valid EPFO Registration

15 The bidder should submit technical compliance with offered make / model duly stamped and signed along with bid including products datasheet to verify the same.

16 The bidder should submit Authorization from the OEM of Conference Server, Speakers & Amplifiers with reference to tender for sales and support to the bidder.

17 The bidder should submit Confirmation from the OEM of Conference Server, Speakers & Amplifiers that the proposed solution will have service support for next 05 Years.

18 The bidder should submit Compliance of Technical specifications with make / models confirmed by OEM.

19 The bidder must be having minimum 1 CTS certified engineer or Valid Avixa membership certificate in the name of bidder

20 The bidder shall not be eligible if there has been a barring/ black-listing notification issued against it by any Government or Semi – Government Organization at any point of time during the last five financial years and in the current financial year as on the date of notice inviting tender
