Supply of 200 mm dia shallow base suitable for Item No. 1, 2 & 3 complete as required.

Installations of 200 mm dia shallow base suitable for Item No. 1, 2 & 3 by GPS based survey complying to ICAO / DGCA CAR requirement , providing quick setting grouts like nitomortar-S at bottom and dobefil on sides, cleaning, disposing debris upto 02 KM away etc. complete as required including installation, testing and commissioning of inset fittings, earthing connections, fittings and fixing numbering and meggering etc. complete as required.

Installation of Inset lights (Item No. 1, 2 & 3) on existing Shallow base including installation, testing and commissioning of inset fittings, connections with isolating transformers, earthing connections, fittings and fixing numbering and meggering etc. complete as required.

Supply of FAA certified / compliant airfield ground lighting cable having 6 sq. mm size, 5 KV grade, multi stranded tinned copper conductor, XLPE insulated, tinned copped braid shielded (maximum shield resistance shall not be more than 5 ohm/KM at ambient temperature of 50 degree Centigrade) , Polyethylene sheathed, single core and with inner and outer semi conductor, halogen free as per specifications etc. as required.

Supply of FAA certified / compliant, 6 sq. mm size, 5 KV grade dry type plug and receptacle of type I, class 'B' primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for shielded airfield cable with earthing glands, nuts and bolts and 1X4 sq. mm insulated earth wire for AGL Fittings of ALCMS / ILCMS as per specifications etc. as required.

Supply of FAA certified / compliant following rating completely enclosed rubber covered isolating transformer for use of 6.6 amps series airport lighting circuits having nominal voltage rating of 5KV and all rated for operation on 50 Hz. The transformer shall be water tight and shall be designed for direct burial in the earth or installation in a base for AGL application, suitable for power line communication with existing ALCMS confirming to the specifications, complete as required. 45 Watt, 6.6/6.6 Amp

Dismantling of existing shallow base ( inset fittings) keeping the shallow base intact , carry to stores, keep them in safe custody etc. complete as required and handing back to AAI at the completion of the project / as decided by the EIC.

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed armoured / unarmoured aluminium /copper conductor AFL / power cable of voltage grade exceeding 1.1 KV but not exceeding 11 KV of size not exceeding 25 sq. mm. in the existing cable duct / masonry trench / RCC /HUME / METAL / GI / HDPE pipes etc. as required, including IR testing to comply DGCA CAR / ICAO , establishing shield continuity and replacing the cables if IR values is found less than as per ICAO requirement.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing enclosure of size 750mm x 350 mm x 550 mm ( H) made out 6 mm thick MS sheet and top cover 10 mm thick MS sheet ( counter shunk fitting, M-10 nuts and bolts.) having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying of 1 run X 50 mm nominal dia (OD), UV stabilized, HDPE pipe (PE- 63, PN-6) as per IS - 4984 and IS marked with uptodate amendment along with accessories like socket etc. complete with fitting, cuttings, jointing etc. below the ground (i/c Road crossing ,Cement concrete Apron Area, Runway, taxiway) at a depth upto 6 m through horizontal directional drilling etc. complete as required after doing Ground Penetrating radar survey and submitting its report etc.complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 1 run X 50 mm nominal dia (OD), UV stabilized, HDPE pipe (PE- 63, PN-6) as per IS - 4984 and IS marked with uptodate amendment along with accessories like socket etc. complete with fitting, cuttings, jointing and laying the same in the soil upto depth 01 meter complete as required.

Supply of 2X4 sq.mm secondary lead made out of multi stranded copper conductor, EPR insulalted PCP sheathed, anti termite & anti rodent treated 600V grade cable as specified in particular specification and as required.

Supply of cubicle MS transformer housing box of size 600X350X450 mm made of 6mm thick all around except the top surface which is 10mm thick having 02 nos equidistance hole and one no. hole on side surfaces suitable for 63/50mm dia HDPE/DWC pipe & having 02 drain holes at the bottom suitably tapped to receive the 02 no. 15 mm dia B class GI pipe.

Supply of cubical Feeder Pillar box of size 0.6 Mtr Width x 0.3 Mtr Depth x 0.45 Mtr Height of MS Sheet 2mm thick Welded structure. i/c 2 Nos. legs of same size made out of 40 mm dia GI/Al. pipe alongwith breakable coupling to make the feeder pillar frangible . Feeder Pillar shall be including 2 Nos. earthing studs on outer side.

Kerf cutting of suitable size including chipping, hammering, cleaning and refilling with polysulphide joint sealant materia of approved make in concrete type taxi way surface along with supplying & inserting the back-up rod of appropriate dia, applying 2 coats of primer compatible with polysulphide, use of masking tape etc. and tooled to give a neat finish to the applied sealant, including removal of old sealing compound, baker rod, cleaning the dust by compressor or other suitable means etc & disposal of scrap material as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling the existing Kerf having 1 to 4 nos of secondary cables (of approx size up to 50mm deep and upto 40 mm wide) in PQC area with Polysulphide joint sealing compound of approved make conforming to BS-5212-1990 or IS: 11433-1995 including making good the damaged corners of concrete slab where reqd., supplying & inserting the back-up rod of appropriate dia, applying 2 coats of primer compatible with polysulphide, use of masking tape etc. and tooled to give a neat finish to the applied sealant, including removal of old sealing compound, baker rod, cleaning the dust by compressor or other suitable means etc & disposal of scrap material as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, filling and compaction of cold bitumen in around on existing Kerf (of size approx 30 mm width and depth upto 20 mm) of runway/taxiway at discrete locations including cleaning the area by compressor or other suitable means as required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Note: 1. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of any taxes, duties, Cess, fee, royalty charges etc. levied under any statute but exclusive of GST. Goods & Services Tax (GST) shall be paid to the contractor for any taxable supply/ services/works against a valid tax invoice as per terms and conditions of the contract.
