Taking down carefully copper/Aluminium point wiring for light/fan/socket/power point and taking down of teak wood batten / PVC casing caping/PVC conduit/steel conduit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceilings /floors etc incl dismentling of fittings.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade including 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade as continuous earth wire in green colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly laid/drawn into and including PVC casing & caping with accessories fixed on surface of walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeves/dash fasteners with cadmium plated screws, all as per IS, terminated in existing/New wooden terminal box for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, regulators etc with and including new 3mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover, fixed on top of terminal box etc complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor fire resistant low smoke (FRLSH) PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade confirming to IS-694 drawn through non metallic rigid PVC heavy duty conduit in concealed (min 20 mm external dia) but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No. 19.125 of SSR Part-I ISI marked with wall thickness not less than 1.8 mm including conduit accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc fixed concealed/recessed in wall or ceiling including 1.5 mm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed copper earth wire including sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes electro plated of suitable size with bakellite white/coloured top sheet cover 3.0 mm thick for one light point controlled by one way switch all as specified & directed.Note:- The quoted rates shall be inclusive of cutting, chasing & making good of disturbed surfaces including matching of the existing coloured surfaces of the walls complete & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(Note: Two runs of cable with one run of earth wire and one run of PVC Conduit should measured as one length)

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overll PVC sheathed weather proof service connections one twin core cable flat or circular of aluminium, conductors size 10 Sqmm, stranded conductors.etc complete, all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for renewal of Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 900mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit should not less than 4 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.95 mtr deep below normal ground connected to and included galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer returning and filling the pits with excaviated vsoil mixing with charcoal 250 kg, crystal salt 200 kg ,magnisiun sulphate of 100 kg and vegitable soil all around the plate up to 350 mm above from top edge of plate and balence portion filling with excaviated soil in layers not exc 25 mm thick 25 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade watering pipe up to top of plate 50mm bore galvanised iron light grade pipe for earth strip protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil pcc 1;3;6 type C1 for chamber of internal size 300mmx 300mmx300mm with 120mm thick wall and 700mmx700mmx150mm thick bed concreat RCC 1:2:4 ,type b1 for precast chamber cover 50mm thick reinforced with welded steel wire fabric orxPM jali (weight not less than 4.00 kg/sqmm) ,funnel,with wire mesh complete all as specied and directed.
