Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (one or more coats) and of required shade on old work to give an even shade.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade:.Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10sqm) complet

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :Second class deodar wood 35mm

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws Second class deodar wood 35mm

Applying priming coat:With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing Wiring for light point/exhaust fan point/ ceiling fan point /Heating point with 1.5/2.5/4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conducter single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit,with modular switch,modular plate suitable GI box as required. Make:- Anchor/Havells or equvalent.

Providing and fixing suitable size 3 Module GI Box with modular plate and cover infront including providing 5 pin 5/6 A modular switch/socket including connection etc. as required. Make:- Anchor/Havells or equivalent.
