Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, shuttering and pumping out water upto any depth or any quontam of water including slush which may be arise during de-watering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edge of excavation as direction of Engineer-In-Charge and retuning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rates inclusive of octori, royality, Malkhana, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in beams cantilevers girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels upto all depths within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement isto Four sand isto Eight graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm forty milimetres ) nominal size and down gauge) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of forms work in foundation and plinth within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cementconcrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6graded stone aggregate 40mm nominalsize) and curring complte including cost of from work in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803, 1202 and 1203 with in all leads and other incidentl and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. .

Providing and laying 1:1.5:3 (One cement is to One decimal five coarse sand) three graded stone aggregate 20 mm( twenty millimeter) nominal size) in position specified grade of reinforced cement All work up to plinth level concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing including reinforcement works as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rates inclusive of octori, royality, Malkhana, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Including cost of binding wire up to any level within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rates inclusive of octori, royality, Malkhana, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of asian/Nerolac to give an even shade (Two or more coats) applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (Zero point nine zero liters per ten sqaure metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm (Zero point eight zero liters per ten sqaure mere) of approved brand and manufacture as per specifications, drawing and design including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (two point five) millimetre thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 (two hundred fifty) gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm (two point five millimetre) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads by road marking machine as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, including entire carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts other incidentals.
