M&L for Renewal/Replacement of unserviceable batteries with maintenance free batteries of 150 AH, 12V including connecting to DG set complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Renewal/Replacement of unserviceable batteries with maintenance free batteries of 180 AH, 12V including connecting to DG set complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Attending the breakdown of any capacity/make DG Sets, AMF Panels, by Technician & helper for checking all components and rectify the fault and give report to concern JE complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Spare Parts for rectify the fault is measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Renewal/ repairs of unserviceable automatic voltage regulator (AVR) from 62.5 to 160 KVA DG set including all spares, testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling of exhaust pipe of the DG sets of capacity 62.5 to 125 KVA by unscrewing nuts and bolts and taking down the pipe with muffler well wrapping with new aluminium metal cladding with glass wool if required including cleaning the silencer and fixing the same in its original position complete all as directed by Engr- in- Charge.

M&L for Disconnecting all electrical connections from the unserviceable self starter of any make/ capacity model 24 volts and taking down the self starter and transporting to civil workshop for carrying out repairs, complete overhauling the system including replacing the unserviceable parts like bearings, carbon brushes, clutch plates etc & assembling including after repair refixing the self starter in its original position, making all connection as per DG Set OEM recomendation, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Supply only Armature coil, field coil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Supply only Armature coil for self starter suitale for existing make, capacity and model 24 Volts including testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Rewinding of field coil for self starter of 24 volts with fine enamelled copper conductor of same gauge with 'F' class insullation, size twins and weight with necessary insulating materials, guage of conductor suitable of any make, any capacity and any model of DG set, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Disconnecting all electrical connections from the unserviceable self starter of any make/ capacity model 12 volts and taking down the self starter and transporting to civil workshop for carrying out repairs, complete overhauling the system including replacing the unserviceable parts like bearings, carbon brushes, clutch plates etc & assembling including after repair refixing the self starter in its original position,making all connection as per DG Set OEM recomendation, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. M&L for Disconnecting the oil cooler of capacity up to 160 KVA DG set of any make/ model from the existing locations duly removing of all mechanical connections and taking down the same for complete servicing opening the parts and cleaning thoroughly by using suitable cleaning material and acid and reassembling and refixing in its original position, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Renewal/ replacement of existing unserviceable air cleaning element inner and outer with necessary ‘O’ rings for the DG sets 63 to 160 KVA as that of existing make and model complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Disconnecting all the incoming and outgoing rubber hoses and draining out the water from the choked radiator assembly of the existing make and model and capacities of DG sets 63 to 160 KVA and taking down the radiator assembly by unscrewing all mechanical/electrical connections from the existing mounting, transporting the same to civil workshop for carrying out servicing, opening the top and bottom covers of radiator assembly cleaning thoroughly the chocked pipe of the radiator by using chemical detergent, lime caustic soda, cotton etc., cleaning of all the deposited sediments in the pipes/tubes including arresting of leakage by means of soldering, brazing if required and transporting back to site and refixing the same in its original position with suitable size nuts, bolts and washers and Anti vibrating mounting(AVM) pads as required as per OEM recomendation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:

M&L for Renewal of battery cable leads of copper conductor and with brass lugs terminal, for the 12V, 110-180AH batteries to self stater as that of existing size and length complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Automatic cut off type Battery Charger suitable for 12 V, up to 10 Amp Battery complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Automatic cut off type Battery Charger suitable for 24 V, up to 10 Amp Battery complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of Line Voltage Monitors (LVMS) of existing make to DG set of 62.5 KVA to 160 KVA capacity listed parameters including testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Drain out the fuel from the fuel tank of DG set of capacity 62.5 to 160 KVA and keeping it in separate container safely, disconnecting all the fuel lines and other mechanical connections and taking out the fuel tank for cleaning, internally and externally by removing all the accumulated dirt/sediment, leak testing the tank and welding/brazing including one coat of synthetic enamel paint, refixing the tank in its original position, replacing the drain plug and PVC pipe, calibrating the fuel tank, refilling the drained out fuel back into the tank and marking of liters in gauge and provision of locking arrangements complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of rectifiers of existing Make to DG Set capacity up to 160 KVA capacity with all listed parameters including testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for removing of defective engine oil control pressure switch supply & fix new engine oil control pressure switch suitable for up to 160KVA DG set complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for disconnecting & removing the unservicable AC and DC wiring from AMF panel of DG set of any type/any make/any model/any capacity and rewiring with the same with suitable new copper wire to existing guage wire by providing flexible pipe including making all electrical connections as per OEM recomendation for satisfactory completion of job & replacement of electrical/electronic spares and testing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L for inhibitor corrosion (coolant additive concentrate) required for top-up complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and topping up of acid mixture suitable for lead acid batteries of 12 volts complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and topping up of distilled water suitable for lead acid batteries of 12 volts complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for disconnecting all the connections & remove the PT pump from engine and transport to OEM authorised service center and calibration of PT pump for maximum efficiency by OEM Authorised Service center & replacement of PT Pump kit, gear gasket, etc in its original position by making all necessary connections complete whichever required for smooth functioning of DG Set capacity from 63 KVA to 160 KVA capacities complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L to remove the fuel injection pump from the engine, transport to an authorized service centre for service, calibration and to adjust by replacing the following un serviceable worn-out spares with new appropriate make minor spares and bringing and fixing to the engine and tune up for maximum efficiency all as specified and as directed for DG set capacity above 63 KVA and upto 160 KVA. Note: Major spares required will be measured and paid seperately.

S&F Flexible Bellow suitable for DG Setof capacity from 62.5 KVA upto 160 KVA, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for lifting the Gen-Set of Cap. above 125 KVA and up to 160 KVA after dissconnection complete from cables, shifting to other place within 25 mtr sourrounding area and making PCC foundation of size suitable to existing DG Set including smooth finishing. shifting the DG Set on new foundation with all necessary arrangement of cables connections, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- All items & Manpower including Crane for lifting up and placing again on new foundation is included in quoted rates.

M&L for lifting the Gen-Set of Cap. above 62.5 KVA and up to 100 KVA after dissconnection complete from cables, shifting to other place within 25 mtr sourrounding area and making PCC foundation of size suitable to existing DG Set including smooth finishing. shifting the DG Set on new foundation with all necessary arrangement of cables connections, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- All items & Manpower including Crane for lifting up and placing again on new foundation is included in quoted rates.

M&L for servicing of DG Set panel's ACB Breaker indoor / outdoor type of any make / model / capacity, checking of switching ON / OFF & tripping system, spring charge motor working system, checking of all electrical / mechanical components of AMF panel and setting the same for proper working of breaker, testing of operation manually and auto mode complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- All the mechanical parts are thoroughly cleaned by suitable cleaning agent & moving parts are properly lubricated.

M&L for servicing of DG Set panel's MCCB Breaker indoor / outdoor type of any make / model / capacity, checking of switching ON/OFF & tripping system, checking of all electrical mechanical components of AMF panel and setting the same for proper working of breaker, testing of operation manually and auto mode complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : - All the mechanical parts are thoroughly cleaned by suitable cleaning agent & moving parts are properly lubricated.

Supply, install, test, commissioning & run the DG set's Fly-wheel ring of fly-wheel assembly of existing model, size suitable to DG Set of capacity up to 160 KVA including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnect the radiator and keep aside safely and taking down the old unserviceable water pump from the existing engine of DG set any make / model, capacity 62.5 to 160 KVA supply and fixing of new water pump & kit, reassembling the same and refixing the pump to the engine of DG set, refixing radiator and testing, including making all electrical / mechanical connections, commissioning as per OEM recomendation complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, fix & test run the DG set after replacing diesel feeder pump of existing model, size suitable to DG Set of capacity 62.5 to 160 KVA including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fix diesel benjo hose pipe of 1.0 meter length with both edges brass clamps of existing model suitable to DG Set of capacity 62.5 to 160 KVA including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting all electrical & mechanical connections, dismantle the engine (make KIRLOSKER/ CUMMINS /GREAVES/ GREAVES COTTON/ASIATIC/ RUSTON) 62.5 KVA and up to160 KVA DG set capacities located at various location under AGE E/M-Darjeeling and transported to OEM Authorised service center for complete overhauling, replacing the following unservicable worn-out spares with new appropriate make minor spares & major spares (minor spares- up to Rs 2500/Each), after assembling the spares the engine again shfted to original existing place and reassembled to alternator & radiator, AMF panel / Electrical panel board of DG set complete testing, commissioning all as per OEM recomendation and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note - 1) The quoted rate inclusive of Manpower, Crane charges for transporting engine to wokshop and back after repairs 2) Major Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for repairs to alternator of following DG Set 62.5 to 100KVA transporting the same to the work shop and carrying out the repairs such as taking out the burnt out winding and rewinding the alternator with copper wire of same guage turns and weight, checking of commentator, brushes complete and refixing the same in its existing position after transporting back to the site and connecting up electric connections with suitable lugs complete and testing all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Copper winding material will be measured and paid seperately under relevant Item

All as per serial item No. 68 above but for DG Set of cap. from 125 KVA and upto 160 KVA.

Supply only high conductivity copper conductor winding material including necessary insulation material as requred for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

M&L for taking down defective Turbo Charger Assembly duly disconnecting the mechanical and electrical connections from DG Set 62.5 to 82.5KVA, opening and thoroughly checking to carry out repairs complete to the Turbo Charger Kit and spares as required at site including any mechanical and reassembling and refixing the turbo charger assembly to its original position and reconnecting the same including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

All as per serial item No. 71 above but for DG Set of capacity above 100 KVA and upto 160 KVA.

M&L for calibration of water pump complete, overhauling, replacing of gaskets, nuts, washers etc and reassembling the same and refixing the pump to the engine and testing including taking down the old unservicable water pump suitable for DG Set of Cap. 62.5 to 82.5 KVA from the engine and taking it outside to workshop, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

All as per serial item No. 73 above but for DG Set of capacity 100 KVA to 160 KVA.

M&L for dismantling & disconnecting all connection of the cylinder heads from diesel engine and sent to OEM authorised Service center for calibration and repairs by replacing the spares such as valves, value guides, valves seats and repairs kit and re-assembling to its original position with necessary engine cylinder head gasket and O-rings for the following capacities including testing complete all as specified and directed:-

DG Set of capacity 62.5 KVA To 100 KVA.

DG Set of capacity 125 KVA and up to 160 KVA.

M&L for Off-load change over switch 200 Amps capacity suitable for 3 phase, 4 pole, 415 Volts, side handle operated with sheet metal enclosure suitable for fixing in existing panels including necessary lugs, glands, nuts, bolts inclduing taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- Havells/L&T/Legrand/HPL.

Supply and mounting AVM (anti-vibration) pads for Engine, radiator and alternator of DG set of any capacity including labour charges for proper mounting and all necessary misc accessories complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for aliginment of engine, alternator and radiator of DG set of any capacity by using necessary T&P and skilled technican including all misc accessories for satisfactory of job as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of door hinges suitable for existing DG set 100 KVA to 160 KVA including removing old un seviceable one complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
