Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

Bidder shall pay Catalogue Management Module processing fees of 0.3% of the PO value (Min Rs.53/- & Max Rs.3000) soon after PO has been issued to bidder.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

The quantity of food grains mentioned in schedule subject to variation depending upon the circumstances. In this regard the decision of the Deputy Conservator of Forests & Director, Bandipur is final.

The successful tenderer should supply the food grains to the respective Range Head Quarters till March-2027 and further upto finalisation of next Tender.

The tenderer should supply the rations monthly as per the scheduled mentioned in the tender/indent issued by DCF and Director Bandipur Tiger Reserve and the food ingredients to be safely packed separately for each camp.

The Tenderer should supply the good quality and as per the specifications.

The cost of the Tender processing fee shall not be refundable.

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPP Portal.

Applicable Taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Government orders.

In the case of the death of the contractor after executing the agreement /commencement of the work, his legal heir, if is an eligible contractor and is willing can execute and complete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of the work.

All precautions should be taken by the contractor so that there are no damages to such Government/public/ private properties.

Tender Rates for supply of ration should be quoted per unit is included all charges like applicable Taxes, Transportation charges.

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and the tender scrutiny committee/ the Deputy Conservator of Forests & Director, Bandipur Tiger Reserve, Bandipur reserves the right to verify the documents before approval.

The schedule mentioned in the tender notification shall be applicable.

The tenderers must be registered as a dealer/ distributor/ retailers of food grains and he should have a valid license from the Competent Authority such as, Business License certificate/ License certificate from competent authority.

The Deputy Conservator of Forests & Director reserves the rights to accept or reject the tender without any intimation

The tenderer should deposit 5% Security Deposit in kind of Demand Draft/ FDR/Bank Guarantee on value of the Contract amount and same will be refunded only after the completion of tender period after obtaining the satisfactory certificate from the Range Forest Officer.

The tenderer should supply the food grains on or before 2nd day of every month to the respective Range Forest Offices and to ensure the quality of the food grains. The details of the ranges can be obtained from office of the & Director, Bandipur Tiger Reserve, Bandipur in office hours.

This Tender Inviting authority has the rights to do necessary changes in location of Work and Quantity of work. The successful tenderer should be abiding the order passed by this Tender Inviting authority/ & Director, Bandipur,

The quantity or Nos of the above-mentioned items are temporary. the bidder should supply the items in accepted tender rate and quantities as mentioned in work order.

The successful contractor shall continue to supply the items specified in the indents issued by DCF and Director, Bandipur Tiger Reserve at the approved tender rates until such time as the existing ration allowance is revised or enhanced by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Wildlife),
