DRR 990252 Providing and fitting of new clutch unit (complete assembly) by way of dismantling the old clutch unit, removing the damaged and fitting and testing of new clutch unit for proper functioning. All the tools/tackles/carriage/labour etc required for the job shall be provided by firm. The old material retrieved shall be returned to the sub-division by the contracting agency.

Providing and fitting of clutch facing set for diesel road roller, including removal of worn-out facings, cleaning of associated components, and fitting of new clutch facing set with proper alignment and necessary adjustments to ensure smooth and efficient clutch operation. All tools, tackles, labour, and consumables required for successful completion of the work shall be arranged by the contractor.

Repairs to Exhaust Silencer of Diesel Road Roller. The job includes dismantling of the silencer, welding of the body using suitable electrodes, grinding and finishing of repaired surfaces, refitting with necessary gaskets and fasteners, and testing for leak-proof operation and proper exhaust flow. The cost of all materials, labour, tools, tackles, welding equipment, and carriage required for the work shall be borne by the firm, complete in all respects.

DRR 2011673 Providing and fitting of Drive Pinion as per sample.The job includes demounting of hind roll using hydraulic jack and other suitable tools followed by dismantling of of drive pinion using suitable tools and refitting of new drive pinion.The hind roll shall be remounted using above mentioned tools.All the tools/tackles/carriage/labour etc required for the job shall be provided by firm. The old material retrieved shall be returned to the sub-division by the contracting agency.

Repairs to Radiator of Diesel Road Roller – The job includes thorough cleaning and washing of the radiator to remove dirt, dust, and other foreign materials from the outer surface of radiator tubes and core. The radiator tubes shall be flushed with a high-pressure water jet mixed with an adequate quantity of caustic solution to remove silt, scale, and other deposits from the internal passages of choked tubes. Necessary repairs such as brazing of radiator tubes and upper and lower radiator tanks at required locations and blocking of broken tubes by way of gas welding shall be carried out to restore proper functioning. After completion of repairs, the radiator shall be reassembled, refitted to the machine, and tested under working conditions to ensure there is no leakage and that the cooling system functions efficiently.

Necessary repairs such as welding at cracked portions using suitable size cast iron welding electrodes and other allied repair works shall be carried out to restore proper functioning. After repairs, all gears and shafts shall be refitted accurately, gear oil refilled, and the complete assembly refitted to the machine. The job also includes testing for alignment, smooth operation, and leakage, complete in all respects. All tools, tackles, labour, and carriage required for the work shall be provided by the firm.
