M&L rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof fixed with L hook or cranked bolt

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ridges/gutter to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

S&F Cequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment 20cm X20cm X25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 60mm thick M-35 grade any shape and size with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation

S&F high quality zinc coated GI Chain link fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm made of GI wire dia not less than 3mm and fix with column with nut or bolts and strengtheing with 10mm TMT bars, conforing to standard grade steel complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Payment of TMT bar shall be made in seperate items in this Schedule. (ii) The Engr-in-Charge along with rep of contractor shall verify the weight mesh and submit the copy along with photographic eveidence along with RAR and Purchase Voucher. (iii) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of Nut bolt required.

M&L rolled mild steel section frame work as in fencing pole or other similar work with angle iron and welded together ends of angle complete all as specified & directed

S&F MS round bar 10 mm dia and above cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending separately spirally for hopping for col hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip qly confirming to IS complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or squre head and one end screwed or srewed both ends each screwed ends to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or squre nut, not exceeding 5 Cm long of 10 mm dia of shank Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for laying 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 as in sub base etc Complete all as specified and directed.
