Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) or tiling etc in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Re-inforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling and terrazo topping incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles and rubish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc including brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster/wall tiles including backing etc from brick/stone walls / concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc. 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc. 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4.0 sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but n exc 2 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00 Sqm and not exc 2.00 Sqm each and refixing in same opening (incl easing and adhustment and minor repair) complete all as specified & directed.
