M&L for priming roof surfaces and applying water proofing treatment over roofs comprising of the following complete all as specified & directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bituminous primer at the rate of 0.4 Ltrs/Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 on prepared surfaces. Surface shall be kept free of the moment till the primer is impregnated and the solvent oil in primer is evaporated (b) Applying one coat of hot straight run bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of grade 85/25 confirming to IS-73 (Grade S-35). (c) Laying minimum 3mm thick APP polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.0 kg/sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyester matt(not less than 150gm/Sqm), with a thermo fusible finish, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer's instruction including preparation of surface. (d) Applying one coat of hot straight run bitumen grade 30/40 (Grade S-35) conforming to IS-73 @ 1.20 kg/Sqm. Note :- The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators. The contractor shall give 10 years guarantee for effectiveness of water proofing treatment, 2.5% of work done amount of this item shall be retained from contractors payment for a period of 10 years reckoned from date of physical completion of this work, or in lieu contractor may deposit bank FDR for the said amount for 10 years which shall be released by GE on expiry of satisfactory completion of 10 years period.

M&L for cutting chase 20mm x 20 mm and termination of APP membrane . The membrane should be pressed into the chase and pointed immediately with a bitumen putty or similar approved bituminous sealant. The termination shall be done ideally minimum 200 mm above finished roof level complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of APP membrane shall be measured & paid saperately under relevant item.

The putty shall be applied to a groove thickness of min 20 mm in pipe penetration joints to concrete. M&L for protection screed 1:2:4 in 50mm thickness laid on the horizontal surface admixed with integral waterproofing compound Plastocrete Plus of SIKA confirming to IS 2645 at the rate of 0.10 kg per bag of cement or conplast WL Xtra (FOSROC)/Shaliplast IW (STP) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for protection plaster (12-15 mm thick) in cement mortar 1:3 on vertical surfaces admixed with appropriate integral waterproofing compound Admixture : Plastocrete Plus of SIKA @ 0.10 kg per bag of cement/ conplast WL xtra (FOSROC)/Shaliplast IW (STP) complete all as specified and directed.. Notes for srl item No. 42.00 to 45.00:- (i) Entire work shall be carried out through manufacturer or his authorised representative. M&L for painting of ceiling fan complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filter one coat after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

Hanging only with fixing accessories ceiling fan and connecting with new 3 core flexible copper cable from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Distribution Board double Door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, SPN 8 way, 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolators etc and making all necessary connections complete all as specified and directed.
