Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, in Any type of soil n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and Directed

M&L hard core of broken Bricks of gauge n exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:5:10 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection/ hard standing finishing even & fair without using extra cement laid in bays with construction, 6mm thick joints should be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 80/100 grade and three part of sand ( all by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of tiles/stone slabs of any description or thickness, laid dry or laid dry and pointed in floors, aprons etc

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles (in any shade) 20cmx20cmx25mm thick/30cmx30cmx25mm thick set, jointed and pointed with grey cement and pigment in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified heavy duty (dura stone) tiles 300x300x7 to 8 mm thick in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of cement base paint on plastered wall surfaces over a coat of primer incl preparation of surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60 mm thick coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size laid in path,porch,hard standing or flooring etc conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 grade over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning, except interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed . ( Note : Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block will be used from serviceable material retrived)

M&L 80 mm thick coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size laid in path,porch,hard standing or flooring etc conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-40 grade over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning, except interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed . ( Note : Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block will be used from serviceable materials retrived)

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepration of newly plastered suraface and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm at all heights complete all as specfied and diretced.

M & L for complete removal of existing surface and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm at all heights complete all as specfied and diretced.
