Demolition and breaking up 200/225 mm dia of drain pipes (salt glazed were or AC or reinforced cement concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up 300/600mm dia of drain pipes (salt glazed were or AC or reinforced cement concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling and stone slabs including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as directed

Taking down cement plaster or lime plaster on walls /ceiling of any description from concrete or brick wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and disposing off the retreived debris as directed including necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as directed

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level nexc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

(Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately) .

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (Nominal Mix) (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (Nominal Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in chajja, kitchen platform etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (Nominal Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (Nominal Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, post and struts etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately) .

Use and waste for formwork to faces of sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, cantilevers, lintels, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed

Use and waste for formwork to sides of pillars,columns etc rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fencing post including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts of 11 to 15mm dia of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exceeding 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, as reinforcement for concrete cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

Restraing and resecuring including making good staples with chain link fening plain mild steel wire galwanised fixing to concrete, tying wire galvanised iron staple or steel pins (each line of wire to be measured).

M&L for coloured 450x300x7-8 mm thick glazed ceramic tiles on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match, over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement morter (1:6) for laying of floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in skirting. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepolished, chequered cement concrete tiles of size 25cmx25cmx22mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar (1:6) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block, design & shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F glass dividing strip 3mm thick & 38mm width complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and plastering the distrubed portions in cement mortar (1:3) to match with surround surfaces, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 200/225mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Attending of complaint by covering the following items of work :- (a) Cleaning and clearing of sewage line different dia incl manhole by rodding , taking out the muck, mud & other debries from inside the sewage line/ manholes, removing the debris to a distance exc, 200m & not exc. 250 m & covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Cleaning and clearing of blocked IWCs and EWCs to sewage line upto 1st manholes by rodding or any other suitable method and taking out the muck, mud and other debris from WCs and the sewage line cleaning with fresh water & removing the debris upto a distance exceeding 200M and not exceeding 250M and covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Cleaning and clearing of blocked chocked floor trap in kitchen and bathrooms including gully trap, the waste water line connection etc by rodding or by any other suitable method and taking out the debris to a distance exceeding 200m & not exceeding 250m and covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick and drain out the floors taps, gully traps waste pipe and soil pipe with fresh water etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Adequate number of workmen shall be deployed as and when complain received for immediate execution. If any complaint not attend by the contractor within a day then a sum of Rs. 50.00 will be recovered against per complain per day from the contractor. (ii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to including the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety devices etc (iii) Proper records (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and attendance register of trademen shall be maintained and shall be produced for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill.

Taking out liquid/solid content from manhole/sump/septic tank of any size any depth by super succer machine or high pressure pump, cleaning throughly including disposal of liquid/solid content out of the Cantt Area and covering with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white, including connection to outgoing drain and flushing pipe, anti syphonic pipe including PVC seat and cover complete but excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe including making good to disturbed surfaces of floor using concrete (1:4:8) type D2 and to match with existing specifications including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest and 'P' or 'S' trap, including provision of lime concrete bedding, connection to trap and flushing pipe etc complete including making good to disturbed surfaces of floor using concrete (1:2:4) type B0 and to match with existing specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china bowl urinal bowl type, of size 465x355x265mm, white (minimum) with grating and union for discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern but including flush pipe & waste pipe) including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar (1:2), securing urinal to plugs with and including 60 mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement complete mortar complete as specified and as directed.
