S&F Prestressed concrete pole 9 m long,102 x 172 mm at top and 102 x 279 at bottom ,class 10 including dismantling old unserviceable pole of any type complete all as specfied and as directed.

S&F in repairs LED 60 watt street light fitting with pressure die cast aluminium housing,heat resistant toughened glass with frame of IP 66 protection complete all as specfied and as directed.

S & F 20 mm bore low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 Kgf/ Sqcm for street light cable protection from SMC box to LED fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI bracket of 40 mm dia,1.5 m long light grade pipe made to shape complete for street light fitting including necessary fittings like clamps,nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cross arm bracing support to clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts if any shape and size and including of one primer coat,one under coat and one finishing coat of paint all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Laying, joining & testing LT XLPE insulated and sheathed armoured electric cables with multi stranded aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked as per IS:7098 (Part-1) ,laid in trenches/ ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes & aluminium lugs for connection for cross- sectional area 50 Sq mm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Laying, joining & testing LT XLPE insulated and sheathed armoured electric cables with multi stranded aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked as per IS:7098 (Part-1) ,laid in trenches/ ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes & aluminium lugs for connection for cross- sectional area 35 Sq mm 4 Core complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item Nos.6 & 7:- (i) Excavation,earthwork, Concrete cable protection cover and Sand for cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in hard/dense soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying UG cable / erection of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in soft/disintegrated rock getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fine river sand for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before laying of cable & 15 cm after laying of cable (total 23 cm ) in trenches, duly punning to a thickness of 18 cm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250 mmx150mmx40mm in trenches to protect under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed by Engineer-In-charge.

S&F Sheet moulding compound junction box (SMC) suitable for terminating 2 Nos 4 x 50/35 Sqmm with provision of one in Nos MCB SP 6A including cable glandes- 3 Nos, 4 Nos of copper busbar suitable for 100 amps with suitable connector complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Street light panel for automatic operation street light timing switch having lightning control (ON-OFF) through astronomical calculation of sun rise/sun set by setting date,time and degree of longitude and lattitude suitable for three phase and neutral with under and over voltage protection relay,contactor 63 A TP,MCB 63 A TPN,415 volts,50 HZ,AC supply system,max load 6 KW complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC sheathed 1100V grade insulated multi stranded copper conductor of size 3 core 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed

S&F GI tubing (light grade) with all fittings,laid in trenches/road,or fixed along with walls /poles, bore of pipe 50 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with steel earth plate, electrode,600x600x6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below gorund level connected to GI wire 4 mm by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts & washers etc including protection pipe of 15 mm dia up to 7.5m length,provision the earth lead to earth connection in their main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts,bolts,earthing shall be done as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation in disintergrated hard soil and 20 mm dia GI pipe with funnel for watering PCC earth chamber 100 mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engineer in Charge. Note: GI wire 4mm upto 7.5 m length is deemed to be included under quoted rate

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type-C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation,filling and mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted concrete surface of electric pole by removing all dirt,dust etc and painting complete surface including connected accessories with one coat of exterior emulsion paint of approved colour including painting the cross arms/bracing support on poles with one coat of aluminium paint and writing of identification Nos.etc for LT concrete pole of any length complete all as specified and as directed.
