Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exceeding 1.50 square metre and not exceeding 4.0 square metre each complete.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm not exc 2 Sqm each complete.

S&F aluminium ventilator with outer frame 40mmx114mm with 1.3mm thickness corner 45 degree cut & aluminium welded centre mullion size 41mmx65mmx1.3mm thick partly glazed /guazed including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws,MS wire mess, 3mm thick sheet glass etc, provision for fixing the exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site all specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium anodized powder coated window sliding type with aluminum anodized outer frame of section 104.0 x 44.45 x1.80mm and inner frame section of 104.0 x 44.45 x1.80mm thick two track aluminium section with rubber gasket and shutter stiles rail of aluminum section of size 25mmx20mmx1.5mm thick with suitable locking arrangement fixing glass pans in frame shutter covered with fully selected quality tinted glass 5 mm thick tinted glass with rubber packing complete each shutters of window shall be provided with 2 Nos 100 mm aluminium handle etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for powder coated anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised alumunum snap beading screws, ACP sheets/ tinted or sheet glass as on required basis etc. complete all as specified & dircted.

S & F Pressed steel frames of size 125 x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for filling of back of chowkat complete as specified, supplied and fixed.

S & F IInd Class HW 35 mm tk Plain framed, panelled shutter (Two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated.
