Fixing of non return valve of 12" dia. size by cutting of flange, welding of flange and making bypass arrangement using 04" dia. MS pipe with fixing of 03" dia. sluice valve and finally welding it to pipeline
Fixing/Fitting of Sluice Valve for 12" dia pipe by welding of flange and bolting of flange & sluice valve and finally welding it to pipeline
Making of Bend wherever required for 12" MS pipe by gas cutting and welding works
Making of suction pipe and delivery pipe suitable for fitting for 12UPH3 or equivalent pump on pontoon or base as per instruction by cutting, welding, bolting, handling, including loose flange, rubber gasket etc.
Strenthening at joints as per direction by cutting splices of MS pipe (6" x 6") and welding it on joint of road crossing etc. (Job includes three no. splices cutting, welding on one joint for strenthening)
Fitting of pump-motor or pump-engine set with bed plates on pontoon or base including fitting of suction pipe and delivery pipe, jetting hoses by bolting, cutting, welding works etc.
Providing MS nut bolt 5/8" x 3"/4"/5" length as per requirement
