M & L for cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plated fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed inclusive of 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after dismantling old unserviceable cross arms complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F shakle type Insulator (single disc assembly) porcelain vitreous, white brown or green 75 mm height and 100 mm dia ball and socket type with tension clamp galvanized iron nut for conductors working pressure 1100 volt grade complete.

S&F Insulator pin type epoxy insulators vitreous, white brown or green including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized washers and one galvanized iron nut for conductor working pressure 1100 volt grade complete.

M&L for loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain white ,brown or green large size over all dimension 90 X 140mm, clearance of the hole 25.5mm for stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing and stretching of existing sagged LT/HT ACSR conductor of any size on OH electric line of any length on existing poles after disconnection of binding wires (dismantling & taking down) service connection etc and making, binding and service connection complete all as directed.

M&L for HT/LT cable route indicator precast made from PCC 1:3:6 of size 600mm x 230mm x 100 including excavation PCC for foundation and painting and writing as "11 kv cable" incl preparation of surfaces both sides all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair GI Bracket made of 40mm dia GI Pipe medium grade 1.2 mtr long suitable for streetlight for steel/RCC Pole as per site requirement including suitable nut, bold, washers and clamps complete accessories all as specified and directed including taking down old one.

Supply and fix in repair of US street light timer and supply & fixing in repairs of automatic street light/security light switch using nature switch for automatic switching of street lights base on LUX level of Natural light. The infrared sensor based nature switch alongwith suitable power contactors and MCBs (Input-Output) should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box (sintex make) conforming to IP 54. The contacor, MCB and copper circuit wiring (min 10 Sqmm) should suitable enough to take 3 phase load of 8 KW, contactor rating 25-32 Amps per phase, MCB (SP) RATING 32 Amps (03 Nos). Note: Contractor are adviced to visit the site to assess the quantom of work required to repair the existing equipments. The Make of defective parts shall be as per existing make.

Supply only driver's suitable for LED Street light fittings of 70/72 Watt all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing junction box of size 230mm x 170mm x 105mm made of polycarbonate with IP 65 degree of protection (EN60529), dust proof, water tight, light weight, acid resistant, corrosion proof inslated & shock proof, fire retardant, self extinguishing, halogen & silica free non-toxic material, UV resistant, with internally ebbedded gasket fitted with required terminals, should have to be type test certificate and veryfied by glow-wire test in accordance with IEC60695-2-11.

M&L in repair for wiring with two runs of 2.5 sqmm (Nominal area) single core PVC insulated stranded unsheathed copper conductor FRLS cable upto and including 1100 V grade drawn through PVC rigid conduit medium grade fixed to wall / ceiling / pole etc including one run of 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) single core, PVC insulated stranded unsheathed copper conductor FRLS cable as earth wire and duly connected to common earth point including necessary clamps all as specified and directed including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring .
