Annual Maintenance and Inspection of Auxiliary Boiler (Regn. No. T-11978) comprising of Opening of Front & Back Smoke Box Doors and furnace inspection cover; Mechanical cleaning of fire tubes on flue side; Opening of manhole covers; Cleaning of fire tubes on water side & boiler drum and Closing back manhole cover; Preparation of boiler for hydro test; Arranging DB’s visit for witnessing annual inspection of Boiler and Conducting hydro test during DB’s visit; Cleaning and Painting of front & back smoke box doors and furnace inspection cover with heat resisting paint and Closing of smoke box doors & furnace inspection cover after replacing their sealing asbestos ropes with new; Miscellaneous works: General cleaning of all surfaces of boiler and its mountings; Painting of exterior surfaces of boiler & its mounting with suitable paints and Correction of any leaky joints after replacing with suitable gaskets; Preparation and lining of boiler for operation as per Technical Specification and instructions issued by EIC. (NOTE: 80% AMOUNT SHALL BE RELEASED AFTER SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF HYDROTEST AND CERTIFICATION BY DBE. 20% SHALL BE RELEASED WITH FINAL BILL)

Annual Maintenance and Inspection of LOCA Boiler (Regn. No. T-11068) comprising of Opening of Heater Terminal Plug Box. Removal of Heaters from Stay Tubes. Inspection of Heaters and Stay Tubes. Placing back Heaters in Stay Tubes and Closing of box; Inspection and Cleaning of Boiler Shell, Strainer, Blow Down filter, Solenoid Valve, Gauge Glass Cock, Glass Tube and Conical Rubber Washer; Inspection and Cleaning of Feed Pump. Lubrication and Movement Checking of Feed Pump. Cleaning, Overhauling & IR Checking of Motor; Inspection and Setting Adjustment of Pressure Switch and Safety Valve. Inspection and Cleaning of all Valves and making all Valves leak Proof; Miscellaneous works: General cleaning of all surfaces of boiler and its mountings. Correction of any leaky joints after replacing with suitable gaskets. Cleaning and Painting of Boiler Name Plate; Preparation of boiler for hydro test; Arranging DB’s visit for witnessing annual inspection of Boiler and Conducting hydro test during DB’s visit; Preparation and lining of boiler for operation as per Technical Specification and instructions issued by EIC. Servicing of Globe Valves (Test Pressure: 35kg/cm2; Operating Temp: 200 Deg C) inclusive of replacement of worn-out parts, elastomers, seat leak test, hydrotest and transportation charges

Servicing of 200NB Gate Valves (Test Pressure: 16kg/cm2; Operating Temp: 40 Deg C) inclusive of replacement of worn-out parts, elastomers, seat leak test, hydrotest and transportation charges

Servicing of 50NB Relief Valves (Test Pressure: 35kg/cm2; Operating Temp: 200 Deg C) inclusive of replacement of worn-out parts, elastomers, seat leak test, hydrotest and transportation charges

Provision of qualified boiler operator for assisting operation of Boiler as per Technical Specification and instructions issued by EIC

Supply and application of 2 coats of primer followed by 2 coats of epoxy paint for support after cleaning and aluminum paint for chimney base plate support inclusive of supply of paint and primer, arrangement of height passes , erection of scaffoldings etc. as per technical specification.
