Note 1:- (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender documents & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender. Note 3:- Repair work to be undertaken by OEM. Testing of plant to be done to fulfill all required parameters of temperature at specified location. Present status of plant to be assessed beforehand. Quoted rate to be inclusive of all overheads. Note 4:- Testing certificate obtained from contractor after repair work with user representative signature.

Dismantling and taking out 22 TR VRF AC 03 Nos. outdoor unit including disconnecting all electrical/mechanical and electronic connections & replacement of unserviceable parts (parts are paid separately in relevant items), re-install and re-connection complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Labour Charges included in the above quoted rate.
