Outsourcing of house keeping sevices for MES buildings and installations:- Providing services for 07 (seven) attendents (Skilled category of worker) for a period of 08 hours per day on working days except sunday & holidays in office hours comprising of the following works:- (a) Opening new file(s) by allotting file number with the approval of office in charge. (b) Numbering incoming and outgoing letters in file (s). (c) Interrelating incoming and outgoing letters in file(s) by marking back and forward references. (d) Maintaining docket/index sheets of file (s) giving brief heading of letters, issuing authority, date of issue etc. (e) Maintenance of record for reminder to be issued in case feedback shought through various letters not received within the stipulated timelines. (f) Any other similar/corelated nature duties assigned by the Engineer-in-Charge from time to time.

Outsourcing of house keeping sevices for MES buildings and installations :-Providing services for 03 (Three) data entry operators (Skilled category of worker) for a period of 08 hours per day on working days except sunday & holidays in office hours comprising of the following works:- (a) Digital updation of records (b) preaparing slides for presentation in microsoft poer point as per input provided' (c) maintraine of reports and return ,complation of various datas generation of reports ,keeping recortd of progress of works,stores etc (d) any oither similarites/corelated nature duties assigened by eng-in-cghargwe from time to time .

Outsorcing of housekeeping services for printing of drawings:-Providing services for 01(one) operater (skilled supervisory caterory of worker) for a period of 08 hours per day on working days except sunday & holidays in office hours comprising of the following works:- (a) printing of various offiice doucements (b) routine users end maintenance of photocopier machine (c) any other similiar/corelated nature duties assigned by the eng-in-charge

Outsouring of housekeeping servies for MES buildings and installations:-Providing services for 03(three) photo copy machine operater (semi-skillied/unskillied supervisory caterory of worker) for a period of 08 hours per day on working days except sunday & holidays in office hours comprising of the following works:- (a) Photocopying of various office documents and multiples copies of letters (b) Routine user's end maintaines of the photocopier machine (c) Any other similar/corelated nature duties assigned by the engineer-in-charge from time to time.

Providing comprehensive services of 04(four) plumbers for complaints (Plumber work) for day to day maintenance and petty repairs requiring immediate attention for maintenance and up keeping of OTM accn building /Tech area for a period of 08 hours per day on working days except sunday & holidays along with all necessary tools complete all as directed . Note :- (a) All type of tools require for repair work will be provided by the contractor and quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive.

Providing comprehensive services of 02 (two) electricians for complaints (electricial work) for day to day maintenance and petty repairs requiring immediate attention for maintenance and up keeping of OTM accn building /Tech area for a period of 08 hours per day on working days except sunday & holidays along with all necessary tools complete all as directed . Note : 1. All type of tools require for repair work will be provided by the contractor and quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive.
