Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar incuding all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sewer bricks in CM (1:4) straight or curved on plan exc 6.0m mean radius for manholes/ septic tank/ soakwell/ open drain etc. in sewer work all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing liquid water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified. (Water proofing compound to be measured and paid for separately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in surface channels and drains incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in surface channels and drains incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in trenches spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cms thick soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed out of defence land all as specified.

M&L cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping, benching rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F SFRC manhole covers and frame medium duty of thickness 80 mm and area exc 0.36 sqm but nexc 0.64 sqm, factory made and test load 10 tonnes (MD-10), strength as per IS: 1726-1991 (Make-Polycrete) all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Old existing framed works such as grills, grating, manhole covers ,etc .

S&F MS framed work such as grills, manhole steps, Gratings, manholes covers etc with ends of bars shouldered or riveted , frame work of water tanks and similar work conf to fe 410-0 and providing one coat of red oxide primer.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Supply and fixed DWCPE ( DOUBLE WALL CORRUGATED PIPE (ONE COUPLER WITH TWO RINGS ))(SN08) pipes of min wall thickness 4.5 mm and socket length min 118 mm snapefit coupler and rubber rings including testing and properly jointed laid in trenches to a level on plain bed complete all as specified and directed :- NOTE :-(A) MIN TRENCH WIDTH FOR 800 MM PIPE IS 1.3 M (B) EXCAVATED SOIL SHALL NOT BE DEPOSITED NEAR TRENCH IN ORDER TO PREVENT THE COLLAPSE OF SIDE OF TRENCHES (C ) SIDES OF THE TRENCH SHALL BE SUPPORTED BY SHORING , COST FOR THE SAME SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE QUOTED RATE

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new pipes, making good to (any bore) pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (of any dia) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required
