Disconnecting exc 250 and n exc. 500 ltrs existing tanks, setting aside (for lowering if required) for repairs cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and mouths of circulating pipes etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing old roof treatment of any description, any type including removal of old tar felt, screed bed and plastering etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F of 20 mm UPVC pipe with all necessary fittings and fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 15 mm UPVC pipe with all necessary fittings and fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with using integral water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement applied over roof slab complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for APP base polymeric membrane, plain finish, minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non-wove fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) laid on hot bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.2 Kg/sqm over primer surface 0.3 Kg/Sqm by forced application complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only integral water profing compound mixed with cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast machine pressed cement concrete tiles with grey cement and no pigments of size 250x250x20 - 25mm thick conforming to IS 1237-1980 set in cement slurry laid jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry including bedding layer of 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 as in roof complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings, including ridge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI Based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, chajjas, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing loose concrete from chajjas, perapets, fascias, pillars, columns etc in area not exc 2 sqm on plan and repairing the same with cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete type B-0 ,1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) including white washing/ditempering/ weather proof paint / cement base paint as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any position n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound @3% by wt of cement in benching, roof kerbs of mud stops, copings, kneelers, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for repairing of roof, chajjas etc with and including comprising of the following steps:- (a) Cleaning & drying thoroughly existing surface of roofs, chajjas, etc for all foreign matters such as fungus, moss, dust, etc by wire brushing and dusting. (b) Removing loose concrete, surface cracks etc. and then applying/ filled with Dr Fixit crack X or polymer modified mortor in case of wider cracks (bitumen based waterproofing treatment must be removed by mechanical scarification) (c) Applying one coat Dr fixit roof seal top coat (diluted with water 2:1) at the rate of 100-110 sqft/ltr and then allow it to dry for 2-3 hrs (d) Applying two coats Dr fixit roof seal top coat (diluted with water 2:1) embed a glass fibre mest (2 x 2 mm - 40 gms) between the first and second coat as reinfocement complete all as specified and directed. [MAKE: Dr Fixit roof seal or equivalent as approved by GE] Note: Work shall be carried out through authorised applicator of the product.

M&L for repairing of walls and other vertical surfaces with and including comprising of the following steps:- (a) Cleaning & drying thoroughly existing surface of walls for all foreign matters such as fungus, moss, dust, etc by wire brushing and dusting (b) Removing loose concrete, surface cracks etc. up to 5 mm width must be fillied with Dr Fixit crack X or polymer modified mortor in case of wider cracks (c) Use Dr Fixit Raincoat Neo directly from the container (stir content well before use) with brush /roller apply a self priming coat of Dr Fixit raincoat Neo on the vertical surface in SSD condition diluting 1 Ltr coating with 100 mm clean portable water (d) Applying two coats of Dr Fixit raincoat Neo without dilution as waterproof top coat either by roller or brush with force coverage at the rate of 3.7 -4.1 Sqm/ltr to achive 100-110 micron DFT complete all as specified and directed. [MAKE: Dr Fixit rain coat neo or equivalent as approved by GE] Note: Work shall be carried out through authorised applicator of the product.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 450mm X 300mm X 7mm thick in vertical surface such as skirting, dado and risers to steps etc, set and jointed over and including 10 mm thick rendering even and rough in CM 1:4 for backing of tiles, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floors over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm, but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps etc over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement sullry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick/concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete/stone masonry surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth (without using extra cement) including complete removal of entire existing treatment and washing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior water base emulsion paint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of cement based putty complete all as specified and directed. Note: Putty shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item.

M&L for asbestos free calcium silicate board of size 600x600x6mm thick fixed to steel frame work as in ceiling, including applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.
